We used Luda Financial Solutions to obtain a loan for our 2nd investment property. After looking through loans we found an interest rate we could work with and Jaques said he can try to get the same interest rate from our bank we were currently with, saying that if the bank doesn't give us the same rate we will apply with the new financial institution. A few days later he came back with a higher interest rate than the one we discussed. We reminded him of the interest rate he was supposed to get, and went back to the bank. 2nd time Jaques came back again with a higher interest rare than the one he was supposed to obtain and again we refused it. The 3rd time it was still. 01% higher. It wasn't something we couldn't live with so we signed the papers and got the loan. Then we never heard from him again, never got in touch with us until we left Luda Financial.
All they are intrested is signing the contract and get their comisions.
