Have been going to Lucky Lashes for almost 3 years and I get so many compliments on my lashes. Wendy and Bella are very talented, professional and friendly and the retention of my lashes is the best I’ve ever had in my almost 6 years of getting lash extensions. Would recommend them to anyone. Easily the best lashes in Perth- and I am super picky and fussy so don’t say that easily!

Although the salon and atmosphere is very nice, I would not recommend Lucky Lashes to any of my friends/family. I have been getting my lashes done for years, I always clean them, sleep with silk pillow cases ect. But I have never experienced such loss of eyelashes / painful feeling before. I have now gained a stye in my right eye due to multiple eyelashes being stuck on 1 eyelash and on my eyelid causing the pore to block and swell my eye up. I have told Bella so this hopefully doesn’t happen to any other clients but for $130 lashes this is unacceptable and disgusting. I have about 6 eye lashes left in the span of 4 days.

Been going here for a while now but the last visit I've finally had enough. Very bad customer service. Bella does not care and just want to take your money.

Have my lashes done by Lucky Lashes since 4years ago. The girls always done an amazing job even with my watery and slight uneven eye shapes, somehow they always manage to do their magic and make them so even and beautiful everytime!

The most amazinf thing is that no matter how busy they are, they always manage to cater for me. I dont even need to worry about who is doing my lashes since they are all very well trained.

Appointment 1: Consult given and walked out with a very natural set of natural volume lashes. I was happy.

Appointment 2: Went back 3 days later as a few lashes had fallen from the left eye and I wanted them evened out. I texted Bella asking for a mini refill and told her I needed about 3 lashes on the left eye. I was told to arrive at 10.15am. I arrived took a seat and expected to see Bella. I waited and waited as I thought Bella may have been running late. I was not informed I was not seeing Bella and was seen by Wendy. I was not charged for this appointment however, as I felt bad I bought some lash cleaner. I got to the car and noticed my left eye was a lot fuller than my right eye. Lucky a few days later a few lashes fell out and they evened up.

Appointment 3: Refill. I expected I would walk out with lashes like I did at appointment 1 however, they were not a natural volume refill. They were completely overdone and not what I had wanted however, it was too late. The lashes did not suit my eye shape at all. As I had just paid $85 for a refIll I thought deal with it for 2 weeks have them removed and replaced with a hybrid set. A few hours after arriving home the inner corner of my right eye started to itch, burn and become sore. I tried calling Bella twice and sent a text. I waited an hr but as I heard nothing back I started to call other salons as I was worried I was having a reaction. I was lucky enough to be seen by a reputable salon who informed me that while the lashes looked lovely they needed to be removed as there were multiple lashes stuck together pulling at the roots of my natural lashes. In other words I was told my lashes were not isolated properly. The removal took an hr and cost me another $70. I got out of that appointment at 8pm and then noticed I had a msg from Lucky Lashes which at that point was a little too late.

In conclusion I am not saying Lucky Lashes do not do nice lashes because they do. I understand the technicians are busy with clients however, if you can answer a phone during my appointment then I am sure you can check a txt. If a client messages saying they are having issues it might be a good idea to msg them back without them having to wait multiple hours for a response. Ask your clients if they were happy with the look of there last set at the refill appointment and don't just do what you feel because the outcome may not be what the client wants. If you are running late with the previous client let the next client know and don't just leave them sitting there wondering what is going on. Let the client know who they will be seeing as I was expecting to be seen by Bella at the mini refill appointment which was not the case. The experience has put me off having my lashes done again.

Best lash extension result ever! ! Girls are very nice, and the product is really trustful! The full set lasts nearly 6 weeks, really love the result and highly recommended!

I have been going to Lucky Lashes since 2019, and cannot get enough of great service Bella and her team provide. I am always very happy after my appointment with Bella. I will totally recommend anyone looking for great eyelashes extension to visit this studio.

Bella is incredible at lashes, she is amazingly gentle and her lashes can last beyond 6 weeks when looked after. I would never go to anyone else!
