I bought 3 pairs of shorts 2 fitted 1 was not even close so I took them back only to be told because I had put them on and taken the tags off they would not change them both Mandurah and Rockingham they were so RUDE I end up walking out I then rang customer service and they said they would get back to me 6 months ago I would not go near them again THEY ARE A RUDE BUNCH OF C_

So I bought two shirts, very happy with fit and quality. I then washed and they shrunk to the point I thought I was wearing spandex. I rang the store and was told I should expect that type of shirt to shrink. Then the manger rang back next day telling me that everyone who buys that type of material should expect some shrinkage and they usually tell all their customers that. When I tried to speak to her she kept cutting me off and was quite rude. They eventually agreed they would give my money back. When I dropped in, again rude service. I’m sorry ladies but if I had been that rude to you, you would have been jumping up and down. Will be following up with your management. Won’t go back due to customer service.

Followed around like criminals not a special occasion looking for funeral shirts not impressed racism showing

Such a shame the the ladies working there make u wanna leave.and offered minimal to zero help.

Very fascinated that they had mens L winter pyjamas with open fly and button and in 3 or 4 different lovely checked colours.

While on a mission today stocking up the kids winters for school time got away on me, and being a Sunday, Lowe's trading hours the store closes at 3pm. I got to the store with the doors having been already shut.so I was trying to pep through to see if they had what I needed so I could pop back another day.a young lady by the name of Joanne could see my struggle and welcomed me into the store to help me.nothing was to much trouble as she was tearing through boxes just to find my size.and let's face it, it's SUNDAY a day no one wants to be at work. Joanne you are an absolute legend you made my day and the store should be proud to have you.

Didn't have much time and the ladies there were so helpful with sizing, being a big bloke them helping with what looked good and what didn't was great. Awesome value as well. Will be back again for sure.

TL; DR: hopeless staff too busy talking to each other than to you; all shirts ARE POLYESTER; very poor range of clothing sizes and styles compared to other outlets.

Went to this store on 2018-11-17.

Not even a "hello" when I walked in. I spent around 15 minutes trying to find a few nice work pants and workshirts during which time I was completely ignored by all staff particularly the two old ladies at the counter as they were too busy talking to each other. Even when I walked by the counter stocked with gas-bagging grannies not a word of "Can I help you? " could be heard. They just neglected to acknowledge me.

Then a young sales girl came up to and merely said “hi” and walked away. I had to go up to them and disrupt their social gathering to ask about work shirts.

Only sold poor quality polyester rubbish from some unknown country and not one quality 100% cotton button smart casual shirt was to be found.

Maybe they should throw out all the clothes and replace with coffee tables and chairs because that's the only thing this rubbish outlet is capable of.

WENT SHOPPING TODAY AT LOWES MANDURAH FORUM NOT A BAD VARIETY OF CLOTHING AND SOME LARGER SIZES ON SOME ITEMS, PRICES I WOULD HAVE TO SAY IS OK NOT GREAT BUT OK. THE STORE LAY OUT IS A LITTLE CRAMPED NOT MUCH ROOM TO MOVE AROUND HOW EVER I WOULD RATHER TO MUCH STOCK THAN NOT ENOUGH! OVER ALL THE STORE ITS SELF IS BRIGHT AND CLEAN THE VARIETY OF CLOTHING I WOULD HAVE TO SAY IS RATHER GOOD & FROM WHAT I CAN SEE THE QUALITY OF CLOTHING IS GOOD I NO THIS AS I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL ITEMS FROM THE STORE. THERE IS A HUGE AMOUNT OF PLACES TO PURCHASE YOUR CLOTHING FROM THESE DAYS, IT IS MY OPINION YOU WOULD DO WELL SHOPPING AT LOWES, NICE BRIGHT CLEAN STORE, A GOOD VARIETY OF STOCK PRICES ARE AS GOOD AS ANY WHERE ELSE CUSTOMER SERVICE GOOD OVER ALL A NICE PLACE TO SHOP, I FOR ONE WILL BE BACK.
