40 What a great team. Thanks to Viola, John and the entire team.
Special mention to Emma
Excellent coffee, friendly service and great food. We'll be back again before we have to fly home to Sydney.
Best coffee & toasties in Perth! Always very popular and I know why - lovely staff, elite coffee and delicious toasties. I will be back every time I’m in Perth:)
Very poor management and their coffee doesn’t make up for it; long mac tasted like warm milk
If you want caffeine in your coffee maybe go elsewhere
The old lady and man who work here are incredibly rude. Large coffee only has one shot which is very poor like the treatment of the staff here. Don't let their fake kindness fool you.
First-time visitor to Perth from QLD and the staff telepathically presents you your coffee and order by name effortlessly. Friendly service and great coffee. Would visit again
Love these Melbournians whom have brought the art (and prices) of making hip coffee in Perth. With jazzy, urban, soulful beats filling the air, be quick to snap the their tasty treats that pair extremely well with their really smooth, velvety, full-flavoured cuppas.
To top it all off these guys are perhaps the only ones in town who will remember your name and order (useful when hungover or suffering from temporary amnesia). Long Live Lowdown, with their distinctive flavours, impeccable service and down right smooth grooves!
By far the best coffee in town! Perfect balance of bitterness, sourness and sweetness. No other cafe can beat them! Always very busy but staffs are friendly and attentive.
Staff are always beyond friendly here and always a great coffee! The toasties are delicious which means I get them for more often than I should:)
Best Coffee ever. Met a lovely barista by the Name of Mascha, it was her first day on the job and i could tell she was a little bit nervous, that didn’t stop her absolutely nailing my decaf soy double shot dirty chai.mmmmhmm i will definitely be back!
This is my favourite coffee shop when I’m working in the city! They are always so friendly and the coffee and food is amazing! When it’s the coffee hour, you’ll find it’s busy! Their second fiddle is to die for, one of my favourites!
Coffee is always delicious. The staff bring the coffees out to you sitting down in the busy, crowded common area so that you don’t have to stand around and wait. Their second fiddle toastie is amaaaazing
Coffee is good. They used to serve the best Banana bread in town, the last two times I had to chuck it in the bin.
If you are in Perth CBD and looking for the best coffee, definitely Low Down it is!
Great coffee, tasty toasties and amazing and lovely staff. Can't recommend this place highly enough! Well done guys!
Loved this place, great service and good fresh food. I had the 15 bean and ham soup (delicious, hearty soup) my husband had the Scarbrough sandwich he enjoyed very much. They are also known for the bread pudding so we tried it, it was good but not the best I have tried. We would definitely recommend this place and it is located in a very nice area.
Coffees here are great. Heaps of seating outside, don’t know how they do it but they remember you and bring the coffees out to you!
Awesome place, have been visiting them since 10 years from a humble beginning to a lavish, sprawling upmarket location in CBD. They know everyone by name, service quality has been pretty much the same despite so many customers visit them every day. Hats off. Highly recommend this place.
Lowdown makes consistently great coffee, and staff members are effective, efficient, and congenial; so when you are on the Terrace or Hay St west: get your coffee here and support them. Slainte!
Price is affordable, coffee is below average, and the girl who delivered the coffee couldn't even crack a smile and gave me the feeling that she didnt want to do the job, no customer service at all.
