This store have no service at all! Waiting at the counter but no staff to check out, tried to ask a staff who was chatting with other staff but was told Super rudely "JUST WAIT THERE", wish your staff were better trained, to that rude employee, if you don't like your job, please leave instead of embarrassing the customer

Great place to buy reasonably priced creative artsy accessories for women. The variety is mind blowing. Highly recommended if you're looking to buy a gift for a female friend, girlfriend or partner or for your mother for mother's day

Earrings.lots & lots of earrings actually! Some a little tacky in quality maybe, but they are priced well. They do have some good quality pieces in sterling silver & a great range for sensitive ears. Also piercing available on the spot with earrings included in the all inclusive price

Very poor quality of jewellery. After 4 days the color was gone and I went back to the store and the cashier Rachel said with an attitude that it was normal 4 days? ! She made it even more difficult to return it saying that she could not do anything without a proof and the staff did not send me the receipt by email as mentioned on the purchase day which made it even more painful. Would not recommend at all and please review your staff behaviour. I was shocked.

Even helping put it back together again with a proper clasp and everything. Even with insanely (awesome) long nails. Really, really appreciate it!)

Don’t do ear perceing from here untrained girls they make my ear perceing wrong when i came again to show they say we don’t have license you can go to other jewellery shop wrost experience

Got my ear re-pierced today and was a bit nervous but the guy that served me was so amazing and talked me through exactly what he was doing. Thanks so much for the excellent service.

I got my ears pierced here and I was a little apprehensive since I always have anxiety about the pain but the girl with the accent was very patient and comforting! Excellent service

Went on Wednesday 08 July 2020 around 1-2PM, just about to pay at the counter she did not greet me, not even look and kept talking to her colleague while serving me with her grumps face.
Lovisa team please train your staff to have warm good service skill!

They always have a great selection of everything and great specials to. The team is always ready to assist and is so friendly. I love heading down to Lovisa in the CBD, it is one of my favorite retail threapy stops.

Daughter had a lovely time, bought cute earrings&had her ears pierced-friendly, happy staff.

Went to lovisa in Morley yesterday. The store manager was so rude and unhelpful, I will never shop with lovisa again. Very bad customer service!
