We called past on the hope that a special piece of jewellery could be repaired. What a surprise and a beautiful shop too. The small repair was made while we waited, we had a lovely chat with the very friendly and accommodating jeweller and couldn't be happier with the repair. We had no idea this professional establishment was in Rockingham. We will certainly be coming here in the future.

Popped in to have my Sons pendant altertered to fit correctly over his chain. Job was done in 24 hours and at a reasonable cost.

Dropped my engagement ring off late Monday afternoon for a well overdue annual clean and rhodium plate refresh. Emma was very welcoming and friendly to deal with. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text that it was ready for collection the next day. It feels naked not having my ring on my hand so not having to allow for a week or two turn around was perfect. Not to mention it is much better peace of mind knowing my treasured ring doesn’t have to leave the store via post to be cleaned an re plated offsite. Highly recommend Lovells.

Martin and the team at Lovells are the best. A clunky 80's ring with precious diamonds and rubies revamped into a beautiful stylish ring and a solitaire diamond set into a pendant. Both pieces exactly as I imagined they could be. Don't go to the city, go to Lovells in Rockingham.

Fantastic friendly service.
I had my wedding set resized, when I dropped them off on Tues I was hoping to get them back in time to wear for our 28th Wedding Anniversary on Sat. Was originally told they be ready the following Tues, however when I explained the situation, I was promised to have them back on Sat. I was pleasantly surprised to be told they were ready to collect on Thurs.
One very happy customer here, they look like new again.

Best place to go when you need work done on your jewellery. I had put my jewellery in to be fixed in the morning and was ready by the afternoon. Your jewellery stays in the state. Nice locally owned store. Would always recommend Lovells to anyone looking for a repair or custom jewellery. Will be going back for all my jewellery needs
