Communication has been fantastic, can't recommend Louden Group highly enough.
I'm so happy with their gaming and social groups! My son's a big gamer, and their occupational therapist is really clever at using games like Minecraft and Roblox to help him get better at planning and figuring things out. Plus, since he's joined their gaming group, he's making some new mates. Big thanks to everyone there!

I started using Louden Group's services around a year and a half ago and haven't looked back! I have ongoing treatment with their OT's and Physios and could not recommend them highly enough! I also tried their VR Therapy recently and it was epic! Their new location in Ozzy Park is super convenient too. 11/10!
The physio was very friendly and professional. Communication was great. I have seen many physio in other places, but the physio in Louden Group is the most caring.

They are great people to work with. Quick responses and good services were provided to our clients. One of our clients can only speak Chinese. Louden Group did very well to find Chinese speaking support workers, therapists and staff to handle our client.
