Lucy was so helpful when I visited her Salon.
It’s taken me years, lots of $$ and a lot of wasted product to finally find products that work for my hair.
I was immediately welcomed so warmly and she dropped what she was doing to assist.
My hair has never felt better, it’s a major relief to finally have something that works.
Although I didn’t get a hair service, I will definitely be booking in when I’m due for one purely based off the experience I had:)

Exceptional service everytime, great cuts, colours and style ideas. Lucy and Jo listen to me and help me to keep my hair healthy and looking good. The other staff member has gone so give Lou Lou's a try. They're great!

Lou Lou's is the best I have been coming to this salon for over 40 years. And hope to be coming here for the next ten years

I definetly recomend Lou Lou hair salon, I went there to get my hair styled for a ball and the ladies were incredible friendly and nice, they did an amazing job of styling my hair and it came out absolutely perfect and they charged reasonable prices for top quality work. Will definetly be going back.

I received a warm greeting on entering the salon, this set the tone for my consultation. The atmosphere was professional, lively yet relaxed.

I was paired with Connie who I later found out is a veteran Hairdresser with 28 years experience. I would describe her as a very skilful communicator. She asked questions, listened to me, then incorporated the needs of my platinum blonde hair into a trending, graceful look; one which I had never had before.

I feel completely confident with my new look. The result is arguably the best styled cut I have ever received. I am writing this review because it can be nerve wracking going to a new salon but the whole experience was unbeatable.

Friends and family all love my new look and my neighbour has asked for the salon and stylists’s details. This experience exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly recommend Lou Lou’s to everyone!

I had the loveliest experience today at Lou, Lou's. I needed a change and couldn't have asked for a lovelier person to cut my hair. Thankyou, thankyou Jo for taking the time to discuss my hair needs and cutting my hair exactly to how I envisaged - not always easy. Loved the conversation, you are amazing. I must say this was by far my best experience ever at a hairdressers! Beautiful cut and colour ladies. What the owner can't do with a pair of scissors isn't worth doing.and her eye for colour is incredible!

I can not thank you enough Josephine and ladies for today and ever since I’ve been coming into the salon, you do such an amazing job. I feel welcomed and always leave feeling fabulous whether it a colour or cut and the blow dries are out of this world, so straight considering I have curly hair lasting days. Josephine and all the girls are truly fantastic. I had black hair (old box dye) this morning and walked out with a beautiful lighter brown colour that I absolutely love. The amount of work and care given was nothing short of excellent, they listen to what you want, understand your hair type and provide great advice and friendly service. When it came to the cost I was floored, it was nothing that I thought it would be considering all the work Josephine and the other ladies put in, with another salon it would have been much much higher for less results (previous experience) I can not recommend Lou Lou’s enough. They are without a doubt the best hairdressers I’ve ever had and will always continue to attend the salon.

Love having my hair done at this salon. The owner Lucy is always so accommodating and her staff are always cheerful & happy. Lucy's attention to detail with colours and her skill with her scissors is to be admired.
I always walk out of there feeling like I have friends & hair style that makes me feel fabulous. Thank ladies.

I booked in for an appointment on 29th November at 3.30pm at this hair salon. The price quoted for me for a cut and wash was $49. Ended up paying $96. If your hair is wet, you would have to dry it, that is expected.never knew I was going to pay $47 more for blow drying my hair. Lucy classified my hair as long when it was not, it is mid length. Sweet talked the whole time, and dropped a shock wave when asked me to pay $96. Did not even give me a receipt. I would not recommend this salon, surely not transparent with their prices as none was advertised in the shop.
Assistant used hot water to wash hair in the brunt of summer and said she does not know how to adjust the temperature? Ask your boss then. Never going back again.

Went to get my hair colored and left with practically the same color, no change at all. Was told it would cost $170 but they charged me $280. Will never go back there again

I'm a bloke with v curly hair, and went in to get post Covid cut. Very happy with result.

I needed a new hair style.lucy did a really good job and i was very happy.friendly crew.the head massage felt very relaxing.i think one can park at the back, but i parked at midland gate.to have your hair re-styled can be tricky, but I have found myself a new hair salon.btw this salon exists a very long time, and Lucy has been working here for 20+ years, and now she is the owner.price was very reasonable.

Welcoming, friendly and actually took time with the cut so I was happy with the cut. So many other places are get them in and get them out, Nice surroundings, great style, very happy to go again
