Lot One Kitchen

Have had varying experiences at Lot One but tonights dinner was fantastic. (Barramundi, Gnocchi, and Pork Belly as starter). Service was also better than we have had at different times. A well deserved round of applause.

10/10! Very tasty, had the Gnocchi with chorizo mince, smashed potatoes and brownie for dessert. All thoroughly recommended

Lovely meal will be back - would be nice though to be offered an ice bucket if BYO is allowed on a Tuesday.

I came here for my birthday brunch yesterday and we left feeling SO happy. Great service, great food, and great experience. I had the Double cheeseburger, so tasty with the aioli, tomato relish and brioche bun. My Mum had the gnocchi - so soft and incredible sauce, my sister had the Malaysian Salad- so fresh, crunchy, and fresh, and Dad had the Salmon- cooked to perfection (and for a person who doesn't like salad he was raving about it!). I can't wait to come back here and try even more of the wonderful dishes. A true neighbourhood gem. Thank you Lot One!

Amazing food, absolutely amazing. I went with the plan of just a mains but end up having all 3 courses because it looks so good. And I wasn’t disappointed. Easily one of the best meals I have had in Perth.

Really friendly staff who were chatty and seemed to enjoy their job. Nice location, easy to park on nearby roads.

Lovely meal…… come on closing at 9pm is archaic! We want people to enjoy dining and socialising not to be thrown out at 9pm.

Had an enjoyable lunch with friends, food, choice on menu always balanced to suit your mood. Service staff always polite and helpful, above all with random visits over year's very consistent, not an easy task in this covid climate.

What a fabulous place we had beautiful coffee and lunch was great, even though I couldn't finish as portions are large. It's also very relaxing and not made to feel that you must hurry. Will definitely go again

Nice bright, appealing & lively venue with friendly staff. Unfortunatly the food was dissapointing. We had the "Lot" breakfast. Eggs & tomatoes were tasty, beans passable, sausage was under-cooked, bread was hard as a rock, mushrooms very average.

We love Lot One for breakfast and were even more impressed with the dinner menu and service! The lighting and coziness make it perfect for a weeknight wine!

Just had dinner here with our dog and little boy. Very impressed with the lady who served us (had an accent that I couldn't place!). She was super friendly and very accommodating. I had the vegan curry which was very tasty and the kitchen went out of their way to make eggs for our little boy. We will be back!

My Granddaughter & myself had a very enjoyable lunch. It is great to go somewhere where you have such a great range of gluten free food.
Find it so hard to decide what to have.

We’d been for coffee and breakfast before (both great!) but never dinner. First time didn’t disappoint. Good service, nice atmosphere (plenty of people but the acoustics are good and you could still hear the conversation at the table) and delicious food (Beef Twice and Spicy Lamb Ragu). Will be back for sure!

A little bit of "fresh" Pressed juice in a glass of ice. Breakkie was average, however the staff was smiley and welcoming

What’s wrong with answering your phone for bookings? Extremely unfriendly/impersonal having to book online. We have had some great meals but it seems to fluctuate from night to night. Good wine list. Staff are great! The menu needs to be changed more frequently to avoid the sameness as other local eateries. Fab location.

Had left my metal water bottle on the table and came back an hour later, only to find someone had stolen it. Staff were not helpful and did not look at cameras to see who had stolen this. I thought this venue was in a nice location, guess not! Hold on to your belongings people!
