7Absolutely useless would not recommend. My sister got a dress re fitted here and they said it would be ready by 10am by 1pm it still wasn't ready so she couldn't even wear the dress before leaving. We got a refund and won't be back
Went there today to get 4 Velcro tabs out on a athletics number and overlocked, was $15 but I needed it today so was going to be $20, would only be a 10/15 minute job at the most, so I walk out.

Amazing customer service, the gentleman was very polite and helpful. I had a wedding to attend as a bridesmaid, my dress was too small. He fixed my dress beautifully and it fit like a dream. I was so happy with the work he had done on it, you wouldn’t have even known it was altered. He literally worked a miracle with it as the material of the dress was hard to match…but he did it and I cannot thank him enough. Very happy customer.
I had an urgent repair, I called and explained the situation and they were so pleasant professional and happy to help. Good old fashioned customer service. Nothing to tricky. Just lovely
