Quite priced for the service on suits but for the quality is oustanding alterations can cost as much as the suit so bring in something thats expensive $200 suit with $480 on alterations cheap suit looks very flash expensive suit is gona look ouststanding thanks for your services

Very expensive and poor quality work. Had 3 pairs of pants altered and the cost was over $300. I thought the work would be of a high standard given how expensive it was. However, in less than two months the stitching has come undone on two pairs already. Shop around before you waste your money like I did.

Fast and professional service. Pants looked great after the alterations.
Update- I also got my BJJ Gi altered here. Great workmanship. My Gi fits perfectly and has stood up to the punishment required of a Gi when rolling.

The man who works in the mandurag forum is rediculously professional and very talented he turned my son's adult size small vest into a childsize vest in a such an amazing time frame

Highly recommend, I had a broken zip on a ball dress and called last minute, the owner stayed back so I could take the dress in late evening and had this fixed by noon the next day. Couldn’t fault, excellent service, so very greatful.

Have used their services multiple times including for clothing like jeans with gem details on the hem. The attention to detail has been second to none, they managed to hem the jeans and keep the gems!

Always professional, helpful and very friendly. The outlet is clean, well maintained and the two change rooms allow for an easy flow of customers. It may be small, but it's never been crowded during our visits. The pricing is very fair and the wait time is reasonable if you go in with realistic expectations for a great quality of work.

Will be back for any future alterations we need, currently have a wool wedding suit in the shop with them for adjustments and looking forward to seeing the results!

Had a pair of trousers taken in at the waist and another taken up at the hem. Perfect job both times.

Wonderful warm friendly, sincere, service right from the start and all the way through, expert alterations to two difficult dresses (sequin evening dresses with multiple alterations required). I had a demanding deadline and BOTH dresses were ready in record time (I only asked for one to be ready) and the work was immaculate. Further, the wonderful Bashir (resident tailor) did more than was required, and performed extra alterations over and above what was quoted, (at no charge) because he clearly takes great pride in his work and wanted to ensure the dresses were just perfect for me. Absolutely wonderful, thank you Bashir at Look Smart Mandurah. They fit beautifully and I have already been wearing them to perform.

I went to shorten my shirt. It's would take barely 15 mins and he was asking $35 and agreed on $25.next day when i went to pick up, the back was longer and front was short. He keeps arguing that he cut the same on all side. Told him that as a tailor look it yourself does it look good and he says give me extra $20. It was my fault, went to this place. When, i went there one guy was complying, should have read the sign before. Never had such bad customer service experience in life. And the funny part is my shirt only cost me $25.
