Had a great experience at Lombard today. I had purchased helium balloons when the birthday girl walked into the store! The staff were fantastic, they managed to be discrete and helped me get the goods out without being sprung! Thanks Lauren and team.

Worst place for customer service
The person I was dealing with went on a break half way though our deal.charged for 2 ballòns 89 bucks and the was deflated. Coles ppl go to a better shop.spotlight

Staff have no idea what they sell there. Couldn't imagine how many people walk out cause the staff don't know what they do and don't sell there.

Would love to see more variety here and exclusive party supplies that you wouldn't find in Kmart or Big W. Otherwise it's a good basic range of party stuff.

Brilliant customer service. The girl at the front was so co-operative and answered all of our queries with patience and clarity.

21 Jan on our baby shower day our original decorator bailed out early morning. I approached the Lombard staff at 9am for a 12.30pm event start and they helped me get the balloons done along with helping me with assembly of Backdrops and plinth that I had arranged from a third party at last moment. The lovely girl staff member happily assembled drove to the venue 25km away and set up the backdrop and balloons by 11am. They did everything from scratch within two hours. They were extremely helpful and proactive and can't thank the team at Cannington enough for helping us last moment with our event.

I've used Lombard so many times for all my functions that I have lost count. Jess is very efficient and helpful.

Good Range and Great staff. I had a young girl Annelise help me out last Thursday for my son's first birthday as I had no idea what I was doing this young woman went out of her way to help me come up with a great colour theme and design that really stood out. Very pleased with how everything turned out, it looked Amazing with an elegant touch of class. Will be going back here again in the future.

I have used this company for many years for different events and over all they have always come thru. I was holding a party last weekend my daughter thought she would help and went to pick the balloons up and was very rudely told the order was for 4oclock. I then went back down to get balloons at 3.50pm and was very rudely told again that order was for 4oclock. My belief is the order is ready to pick up at specific time not being made at the time. As the older store employee started to make order after throwing things around the place and commenting several times about another order she had to complete while doing my incomplete order and the fact I had to use other colour balloons on one table setting because they didn't have the right balloons for the order I placed at lest a month ago. I will be rethinking using this company again as kmart, big w, spotlight have a good range products to.

Great value, good prices on all their things. A lot of stock missing - could be from the shipping issues plaguing Aus at the moment. Staff not very friendly or helpful, when asking questions their responses were curt and brief, like I was hassling them.

Worst and sluggish customer service. Took long to get served. CSR appears to have no interest in serving customers fast even when having a long queue in front of the counter. Later, charged me more than what had showed on price tags for every single product I bought! (6 items). Argued with me saying price is different from what was on price tags. No sorry, nothing when realised their mistake. Took an another 15mins to sort it for a new staff. No senior staff want to help the new staff. Left the price tags as it was even when I was leaving the store. Don't care attitude?

You can not go wrong for shopping for an event of any kind at this store.
Wall to wall party party decorations, flatware, plates, cups, funky containers. They will customise balloon orders and h LP you select everything you want.
You'd be a very dad individual to miss out on Lambard's taking your party from ordinary to spectacular.

Fantastic experience - one of your staff; Brayden helped me to pick out a birthday card for my mum but when helping me to craft a fitting message I realized I had confused my days and her birthday was the day before. Brayden then suddenly ran eastward so fast that the entire earth spun backwards, turning back time and allowing me to buy the birthday card and get it to my mum with time to spare. Great service!

Very impressed with Jess M who helped me create a magical Bluey theme birthday party for my kids! She went above and beyond to make sure that image I gave her was exactly what I was going to get. She seemed genuinely excited about the order and her communication regarding delivery and execution was excellent. So nice to be served by someone who looked like they actually enjoyed their work. The balloons on the arch itself were so robust and of high quality not even the grass was not popping them. I'll be back year after year now. To the owners - shes a valuable employee!

Customer service was very rude. I obviously interrupted the conversation between 4 of the staff. I mean seriously customers pay your wages. Could use some up skilling in how yo treat the customer.
