Loftus Recreation Centre

Great facility. Parking is easy and free (3 hour intervals-remember to grab a ticket). I go there for my daughter's Gymnastics and the events there are great to be in. The cafe has great food at good prices.

Came for the first time today for a bodybalance group class. Got my ticket and they directed me to a room where this class was supposed to be. Class start time was 6PM, after waiting for 20 minutes no one was still there and decided to leave. Not very good first impression at all, especially when I walked to the centre for 30 min with a rain and Being excited to have a relaxing workout.

Loftus recrearion centre is the best place.it has gymnastics, basketball, soccor, football and a café! I do gymnastics at this place and it is very orginized and i like it.hope u guys enjoy it! - Ryan

I may be biased because I play basketball on Monday night, but I've never had any dramas at Loftus. Would be good to have the drink fountain back up and running though!

Had a great day at the seniors Recreation Council info and activity day, lots of fun, very helpful staff

Get rid of the filo league the players show absolutely disgusting behaviour, poor sportsmanship and take the game way too seriously. Also the entrance is not very noticeable/friendly

I play netball at a lot & this facility charges the most. Which is fine, the staff are friendly & the facilities are good. HOWEVER the digital score board hasn’t been working for weeks now.
Please fix them.

Brilliant space with a wide offering of indoor sports for all different skill levels. The staff are super friendly. The equipment and spaces are also really good!

Facilities are great. However if you want to take a deep breath in after a work out you might want to reconsider. One of the trainers i believe is a smoker, this is musked with a fresh dash of cheep perfume ever 30 min and a new peace of chewing gum. If the after smell of smoking isn’t bad enough the blend is potent especially when we are trying to work out or catch our breath back.

Fully equipped kitchen and spacious meeting rooms for hire. Large foyer with seating and excellent children's facilities, including outdoor naturescape. Doesn't have all AV equipment, but has a projector screen and tables/chairs available for use. Very central; ample parking (free on weekends, or for first 3 hrs of use on weekdays).

I have a gym membership here and like other places they have lots of exercise machines, water fountain and toilets. The good thing with my membership is tyat it has free classes I can attend to if it suits my schedule otherwise I am lifting weights on my own.

It has PowerPoint out the front for homeless. I like to scratch myself and look at the yoga class. Sometimes they chase me away

Average venue at best, very bad eftpos options with NO ATM accommodated, and very expensive and bad quality food.

I like this place. My girlfriend and I play badminton every Thursday that I have off to work. It has a nice and professional reception and clean area. It is not expensive at all. There is also a big car park, thought it is free for not very long (2 hours Io believe)

Loftus Recreation Centre is a great family friendly place, the staff are very helpful and the facilities are good. I found out the Creche is free for members so that's a bonus and the cardio equipment in the gym was recently revamped with some new additions. I go here on occasion when I have the time, I wish I had a place like this closer to home as their indoor sports area is great.
