From our first phone call to Lockdown security solutions, through to the final installation, the process was smooth and efficient. Communication from Jess & the admin team was great with them acting straight away to find a suitable date with us to complete the works.

I have used lockdown on my last 2 houses and they are extremely reliable, professional and courteous. At the last installation, Josh and Justin attended and they were very customer focused, ensuring they understood exactly what I wanted and aimed to please in every way. They were very respectful of the house, cleaning as they went and communicating progress along the way. I would highly recommend and use again.

Lockdown recently installed a new camera system, replaced the existing alarm system and upgraded our intercom system. Their professional and customer service approach is phenomenal, and we had a great experience in the sales, install and support phases. Update on Lockdown Security after 3 + years of having our system installed. We have had awesome support from the maintenance team in particular Malcolm and we really appreciate his professionalism and assistance. All the staff we have dealt with have been excellent and Todd has done well with selection of his team.
Our security cameras have given the WA Police force valuable video footage to resolve a hoon driver incident and the police in attendance remarked on how clear the video was and our system was described as one of the better set ups he'd seen.
I would never hesitate to use this company in the future.

We had our Bosch alarm and some cameras installed last year from the team at Lockdown and they are a fantastic company to deal with. The receptionists are lovely to talk to and each of their workers have been great at their job. Although we did have some issues with our alarm due to a faulty part, the team promptly came out and replaced the parts. We are very happy with the service we continue to receive after its installation and would recommend them to anyone getting an alarm or cameras. Thanks Lockdown Security

Lockdown security are a wonderful local Mandurah company who strive to deliver excellent service, we recently had one of their technicians Josh out to site and he was amazing. Such a great example of the kind of employee all companies should be lucky enough to have working for them and I just wanted to say that he did a fantastic job, was on time, polite, super helpful and knowledgeable and had a smile on his face the whole time he was here. It was an excellent interaction and a greate service so I wanted to share our thanks for a job well done.

We have a security camera system installed in 2020 by Lockdown Security. We recently bought a new mobile phone and were having trouble getting notifications on the app. Jess and Mel were able to solve the problem quickly, wonderful after sales service.
