L'occitane is not only a beautiful product to use but the staff are always very friendly. The staff at the Karrinyup store in particular have incredible product knowledge and go out of their way to assist you, whether you are purchasing products for yourself or as gifts, they are happy to recommend products without you feeling pressured whatsoever. I would highly recommend the brand and this store in particular.

Amazing products, great staff. They're trying to set up a point based incentive program, with a free gift on a $120 spend and 10% off upon the return of their empty product bottles and boxes. I got a free gift after a $120 spend and also the 10% off upon returning an empty glass massage bottle. The free gift was a travel pouch with samples of their face scrub and bath oil. They also included sample sachets of their oils and face masks.
