L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE

Rubbish customer servce.
I bought something through loccitane website and I accidentally duplicate my order, so I got permission from online customer service that I can refund in the store, as well as stated on the website. When I went to the store, the Manager, Sonie, she didn't let me refund the item because of she cares about her store's 'sales', instead of complying rules and regulation stated on the website. She is just wasting my few hours of my time arguing about this. Afterwhich I went to another loccitane store, they just refund this for me straigh away after they checked my refund confirmation email with customer service.
What I can say about the store manager - Sonie from Carousel Cannington, is really ridiculous, who cares only her store sales and not following the condition stated on the website and customer service team, not respect consumer and is just being a selfish manager. I've complain this to the head customer service, and wring this review for anyone who is reading, please, there is more loccitane store in Perth, DON'T COME HERE

I had a very good experience at Carousel store. Staff were very nice and friendly. As a loyal member of L’Occitane, I have used their skin care and body products for many years, every time I visit this store, staff always help me to find the right products that suit my need. I had facial treatments last year at this store, staff was very nice and gentle with facials treatment and give me some useful advice about my skin concerns. I very enjoyed that experience. I will recommend this store to any of my friends.

I have been to this store several times and it has always been a wonderful experience. The staffs are always warm, friendly, they are very professional and knowledgeable about the right products that suits me. I use their premium products every day and surprisingly they suit my dry skin and gentle to my body. I have completely fallen in love with their products that I would give them out as gifts to my loved ones. Today i went for my exclusive facial appointment at the store. Samantha was super kind, so attentive and the facial massages were very therapeutic. I had a very tiring and tough week, you will never realise how much a small gesture and kindness impacts on a person’s life when they feel very appreciated. So THANK YOU, would definitely recommend to my family and friends xoxo

The Manager has zero customer service skills or in fact zero mannerisms! I can’t believe a company like L’occitane would let a store like carousel be handled by such incompetent staff! We will be writing a formal complaint to Mr Reinold Geiger and the head office.

Sales woman pushed aggressively past me, no excuse me or apology. I'll keep to shopping online instead of going in to this store.

Save your self some embarrassment and do not go to the carousel store! The manager has absolutely no manners and treats customers in an inappropriate manner! Extremely rude service
