Oh. My. God. Where has this store been all my life? ! Previously I have purchased the cleansing balm, which is absolutely amazing. My skin felt so clear and fresh afterwards, that I went back to the store to discover what other products may help my skin.
Elaine took all the time in the world to have a deep look at my skin, and she is absolutely incredible. Ontop of giving me a facial with the products she recommended for my skin (so that I could see for myself before investing) she genuinely “prescribed” what would work best. The staff at this store are amazing, they know the products and will recommend based on your needs - and not just for a money grab or to sell. Elaine was so thorough and precise, and after using the products for 24 hours I cannot believe the difference already. There’s no weird chemical smell or heaviness like Lancôme or clinique products (both of which I have bought multiple times), the ingredients are derived from natural flora so nothing felt foreign or fake on my skin. I’ve tried everything, all the expensive brands from Myers, and all the younger tailored stuff from MECCA etc, but loccitane works regardless of your age.
Cannot recommend this place enough!

Honestly, my husband and I both came out of the lovely shop and looked at each other with amaZement. Judith the lovely customer service lady there was so patient, helpful and professional. She takes great customer care to a new level without any of the false platitudes of other places. She knows her products, she listens and she made us feel welcome. Love the two bottles of scent we purchased. A superior experience at the Lakeside outlet.

It was our first time in Joondalup store on the 17th of Oct, Sat. Very impressed by Judith's great customer service, products explanation with such a lovely smile. Definitely will go back and visit her again!

Best customer service I've experienced in Perth. The staff are amazing.they acknowledged us as soon as we walked into the store, they were knowledgeable about their products & extremely helpful. They made shopping there a very pleasant enjoyable fun experience. I'd highly recommend shopping here:)

Very well done on the excellent customer service. I'm from a retail operations role myself and can fully appreciate the effort gone in to training staff on how to effectively service customers.

I absolutely love this shop, so happy they have a male consultant who helped me so much in finding the perfect present for my husband!
