Enjoyed a wonderful high tea at the Lobby Lounge.
I indicated on my booking that there was a food allergy. I was contacted the day before to confirm how many people were affected by the fish allergy. I was informed the chef would replace the seafood items with similar alternatives. My Mum was absolutely delighted with the replacements the chef organised for her.
The two Waite staff were very friendly, engaging, and attentive. The first gave a detailed description of each of the items included for each of the tiers. Then passed on the recommendations from the chef on which items to eat first and last, along with the reason for the suggestion.
At the conclusion, the second member gave us information about the upcoming Luna high tea planned to celebrate the Chinese New Year. While he had not seen the details of the menu, his enthusiasm for the event was enough to entice us to book once it is released.
Overall, we really enjoyed our high tea experience. The food was delicious and contained the right balance of sweet and savory items. Thank you to everyone for a lovely experience, it made our day incredibly special.

Love the festive high tea and the cocktail is really good! Like that it's set in a secluded designated area but still part of the lobby lounge area and the atmosphere. Staff were friendly and attentive. We have been 2 years running and are going to make the festive high tea our annual get together.

My family and I really enjoyed the PINK GIN HIGH TEA in the Lobby Lounge today. The food was fantastic and the service was great.

We’ve visited Crown Casino and watched Mary Poppins and it’s awesome. The dining in the lobby is great

Overall great experience:) food was ok, looked better than it tasted but we didn’t expect gourmet and didn’t go there for food, so no issues there;) The ambience was lovely and the service was outstanding. We opted for the free flowing sparkling and it sure did:) we were not rushed at any point despite staying extra two hours. Staff were lovely and accommodating:) would go back for the experience 100%

We were waiting for the Rocky Horror Picture Show to start and thought we enjoy a drink and a snack.
We had a waitress come to see us within seconds of sitting down, before we even read the menu. She offered to come back later. And she did. Much later.
Tapas arrived a little while later without forks, and my wine came in such a small glass, I thought I belonged into a doll house.
When we decided to get a cheese platter, I had to go to the bar and order it myself.
When it arrived, there was no cheeseknife, or cutlery of any kind.
Another trip to the bar, as no waitress was visible again and I was given normal knifes. When I asked for a cheese knife I was told they didn't have any.
The food was pretty good, but the rest of the experience was far from 5 Star.

The staff were amazing, they were both attentive and easy to talk to. And the cocktails were just delightful. Nice and sweet.

Love coming here for themed high tea. It's always a lovely experience, and the food never disappoints.

Great place to relax & unwind, plenty of cocktail options & great place to people watch. In saying that the furniture needs a big clean, considering it is a 5 star hotel

Just had the L'amour high tea at The Lobby Lounge. Very delicious and staff were very attentive.

Requested halal and veg alternatives and were catered for perfectly.

Will definitely be back for the next themed high tea!

The whole Festive High Tea experience was just amazing. The Christmas cocktail was delicious and the food was wonderful. I could have eaten 50 of those lobster rolls - just superb. But what really made our day was the impeccable service by the 3 young ladies working there today. They were just wonderful, polite and attentive. It was like the customer service we got in the industry before Covid arrived. They were clearly happy and enjoyed their job so they were very pleasant and worked hard to make our experience special. We had a wonderful time and it was our first time doing a high tea at the Lobby Lounge so it was a great first impression. Thanks

Thank you for arranging our table of 14 high tea table in a private area. The ambience was amazing, food was great and well presented, staff was very attentive. Overall, it was a high tea that we can always remember as we grow old

We did a Mother’s Day high tea special, we chose the glass of champagne option instead of cocktails - was very easy to book - I did this over the phone.

On the day was created by fantastic staff, we were sat in the champagne lounge, plenty of space and not over crowded at all. We added an extra champagne glass and was shocked how much one glass was but didn’t turn us from the beautiful high tea we had.

Staff very accomodating, didn’t rush us out and were able to split bill no issues. Will be doing again next year!
