As first buyer's, my partner and I had absolutely no idea where to start and who to contact. We came across Sue online and she had great reviews so we took a chance and choose her to be our mortgage broker.
Choosing Sue was probably the best decision we made as she was incredibly knowledgeable, HONEST, efficient and just genuinely a nice and easy person to interact with. Sue always managed to answer all of our calls and texts immediately, which is an important aspect when buying a home as settlement ticks away quickly.
My partner and I were dealing personally/ external issues with our bank and Sue went out of her way to contact the bank to raise issues despite it being out of her own time. Sue was extremely honest from the very beginning with us which made us comfortable as we become informed with all the avenues that would and could take place in the process and the future. Sue was never pushy with her services, and she respected our choices. She never hurried us to finish a meeting, she would take as long as WE needed. My partners mother speaks Vietnamese and came to all of our meetings together and Sue happily converted all the information she was telling my partner and I, into Vietnamese to my mother in law.
Sue always kept us in the loop, offering genuine and informed suggestions. Despite Sue accomplishing her services with us, Sue has still been the point of call when we have questions regarding any other issues with our home loan/settlement.

My husband and I were ready to buy our first home. We previously had two horrible experiences with previous brokers and were really put off going to see another broker. Sue went above and beyond to assist us in any way she can, outside of work hours UNPAID, without compromising on service quality in any way. She was incredibly helpful at explaining the situation in a way my relatives could understand, providing a clear picture of the situation, and even recommended other specialists who would be able to help us further.
Although we will not be able to use Sue's services beyond this initial consultation (due to the nature of the issues), Sue's advice was invaluable as a starting point to solving the problem and we are incredibly thankful for it.

She was very supportive throughout the time of our loan and was helpful throughout, she made our first purchase very easy and stress free, Highly recommend!
