With the issues that me and my wife have on our loan application, which lasted for almost 3 months on our recent broker and can't even have a conditional approval. But with Kim, by the time that we met her, she gave us a exact time frame that when we are going to have a approval of our loan application. At first it's hard to believe but then she said that it would only take 2 weeks for us to get an approval. And yes! After 2 weeks we got it! Thanks to her! Everything that she does is on point! Kim has been absolutely amazing! She got us the approval in 2 weeks time. Prior to that, our previous broker took almost 2 months from the time we signed up to pre-approval. After 1month, with no unconditional approval, they still requested for additional paperworks. They are useless. Considering we want to get the grants. Good thing Kim saved us. She helped us all throughout the process. She is very efficient, professional and highly intellectual. She is very thorough and even advised the correct amount for stamp duty with our conveyancer.
