I have nothing but good things to say about Leandro, it has always been a pleasure. He helped us get our first house and the mammoth undertaking I believed it would be was not that big at all with him guiding us each step of the way. From our first call He was very accommodating, friendly and honest about our options. He knows his stuff and keeps you informed each step of the way. A lot of brokers will do what's in their best interest but I know for a fact this is not the case with Leandro. Leandro took the time to help us purchase our home in Perth after moving from Melbourne. We had no idea the regulations were so different but Leandro took the time to explain the process and was responsive to all of our questions and always had an answer that left us feeling confident we had made the right choice. I never had an experience where I felt like Leandro didn't have the time to discuss any issues no matter how small.

If I had to sum Leandro up with one word it would be honest. After spending a few minutes with him it is obvious he cares for his clients. He goes above what is required in every interaction and still managed to be extremely efficient in all of his correspondence.

Leanne has been amazing and gone above and beyond for us in the last 12 months. She has assisted us with our own home loan and numberous investment loans, helping us get the best rates with the banks and working with us to come to the best arrangement for us (some fixed and some variable). We have used a few didfferent brokers in the past and Leanne and LnL finance are by far the best. We will definately be using them again in the future.

After a couple of disappointing experiences with financial brokers, and spending 3 years as a "mortgage prisoner" with a lender who constantly added fees and a ridiculous rate of interest above most others, I came across Leanne at Element Finance, Joondalup.
