Maurice has been an exceptionally dedicated and thoughtful real estate agent to me and my family over the past year, and is one of very few agents that is willing to go above and beyond for his buyers as well as his sellers. After missing out on a property he was selling earlier this year, Maurice kept our details and got in touch with us multiple times over the months that followed every time he had a property that met our needs. This company managed my property for nearly 5 years. I received unacceptable service from them especially towards the end. I will never ever use this company again and I would never recommend them to anyone, I don't want anyone to have the same bad experience.

Worst company I've ever dealt with, worst service I've received from anyone.

To top it off, I was even warned and threatened by the Director that if I post a review of their service, they will take legal action against me.

Update to answer their response:
The fact that you know how to work around the system to get away with your faults does not change the fact that the routine inspections and final inspections we paid for did not pick-up the attached photos and we were not compensated for these. There are only some photos, I have more on my record. So anyone wanting to get this company's service.beware and don't tell me you have not been warned.

The property manger for the property I rent has always been helpful and efficient in dealing with any issues when and if they arise. Both the Landlord and LJ Hooker's Property Manager were prompt, pleasant and reasonable in attending to any maintenance work needed while we were living at the property. We would have loved to stay on if we didn’t already buy our own place.

We have been renting the house in Bullcreek for the past two and a half years. I must say without any reservation that Elaine has been a great help to us all the while and has been quick and efficient in addressing even a simple matter pertaining to the house.
