2I just completed Liz's nervous system regulation course. It was fabulous, a lot of this material can be quite technical but Liz broke it down into its most basic, user friendly blocks. She included heaps of practical tools that could be used by anyone to soothe themselves, I am a counsellor and I have using them with my clients and found them hugely effective. Liz is a warm and engaging presenter; trauma informed, she is very sensitive to individual needs while holding the group. I would recommend this course to anyone.
Liz is an absolute incredible and talented somatic therapist. If you think you need some help with your every day stress, traumas, anxiety and past issues then don’t delay in talking to her. I’ve done her six week course, one on one and a shadow workshop along with many of my friends. I can’t recommend her enough - just book and work on yourself - you won’t regret it!
