I was really disappointed. Went to see a physio with a sore knee. I had 4 sessions before I felt I was getting nowhere and just wasting my time. Most of my appointment was spent each week with the exact same repeated questions. I was given an exercise program which also didn't feel right at the time given that I could barely stand on my knee. But I persisted as she was the professional. After the fourth session I decided to go for a second opinion elsewhere and on my very first session the physio said he believed it was referring pain from my hip and sent me straight in for an XRay. Turns out I needed a hip replacement and it had nothing to do with my knee. In my opinion Live Well Hillarys was very expensive (far more than the other physio) and not very experienced.

Highly recommend Sinead Hornby. She is knowledgeable, thorough and goes the extra mile. She really cares about her patients. Admin staff are also super friendly and helpful.
