Jenell (the cheese lady) attention to detail and knowledge is above expectations! Cheeses from around the globe and she knew every detail. Best little cheese shop in Australia!

Great cheese selection, good meats selection.
Missing a trick with cheeses not labled with specific names once wrapped.
Refuse to slice some salamis as "it takes to long" even if you are the only customer in the shop with 2 staff members and having already selected $80 worth of cheese.
Hard not to spend $100 and still such poor service.

What a pleasure to "stumble" across the little gem today. Spent over 30 minutes just admiring the choices and quality goods. Has a range of prices to suit all tastes. A huge selection of cheeses and cold meats. Could not resist the toastie with eight different cheeses. Yummo!

Step into Europe for a moment - tiny food stop worth popping into.at the register are fresh made authentic spanish/french style panini style things /sandwich things with pesto cheese and prosciutto. Come for the Spanish Paprika chips and Jamon. And freindly grown up service.

Great range but what terrible attitudes of the ladies in the shop. Absolutely ruins the experience.

I was excited to visit for the first time. Sadly have to agree with the other reviewers who describe a poor attitude. I came intending to buy a lot of cheese for a birthday party but after choosing a couple of cheeses I was feeling so negative about the experience I paid and left without buying more. The range is pretty good, a few things you won't find in any supermarket, but it's not worth being made to feel miserable!

Very good shop, amazing cheeses and charcuterie. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the lady that served us: not a smile, not welcoming at all! Very surprising in WA. We would have left if the products were not that good.

All the products look delicious! This is a tiny shop but with hips of choice! The sandwich was really good

Andrea, the manager was really helpful. I am in Belgium, my friends are in Perth at the moment. I contacted the shop to find a way to pay and send a gift card to my friends. Andrea helped me all the way though and my friends received the gift card and imediately had a feast of cheeses. They loved their gift, they loved your raclette cheese and I loved the customer service. If I am going to Perth someday I know where to spend my money when I need cheese! Thank you!

I would of given this delicatessen more than five stars. The range of the most wonderful Italian products I have seen so far touring Australia. You name it it has it and all of the highest quality. Top class. The lady in the shop is lovely to. I can't recommend this place enough. You got to have a look. See photos.

Good variety, slightly over priced can find these in most European Deli’s that are a much nicer service. But the service here is TERRIBLE, the lady’s are so condescending it’s ridiculous and extremely off putting it’s almost like they don’t want you to shop here.worst customer service I have ever received.

This place is our go to for all things cheese and cold meats. Lots of local produce along with national artisan cheeses.

Wow. Always walk past this place but never went in. Very poor decision making on my behalf. Ordered a simple ham and cheese toastie and orange juice. What i recieved was a orgasm on my taste buds. Sour dough with fresh ham, mozzarella and caramelized onion sauce with a organic brewed mandarin and orange "spritzer" type juice. How am i suppose to enjoy a normal ham and chrese toastie and orange juice now ive had this? Well done little sister team. Im going to tell my little sister about this place. No pun intended
