Little Seaview Cafe

We have eaten here many times and have loved it every single time. From the delicious breakfasts and fresh juices, to the yummy Banh mi and fabulous coffee, it's always excellent. And the service is next level. The owner & her staff are happy and friendly and always appreciative of your custom, exactly what hospitality should be like. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy.

Cute cafe with lovely owners and fresh and yummy food! Relaxing atmosphere, a great place to sit and enjoy your morning. Couldn’t recommend enough

I just had the best experience here this morning. The lady serving was so friendly smiling. My coffee and food was unreal. They have wifi for co working aswell. Best spot I have been at for awhile in Scarborough:)

Well what a little gem I found in my hood! I had the chai rice pancake special - oh boy beautiful! Service was lovely! Very clean and relaxed vibe! Going back today hope it’s still on the special board!

Friendly staff, and I love the decor, I sat down the back in a booth and found a little record player and some records which I thought was cute.
I ordered the rice noodle chicken bowl with spring rolls and a coffee. Best way to start my day. I usually wouldn’t have this for breakfast but it was pretty good! The spring rolls were crispy and fresh and the chicken was delicious. Perfect for breakfast. The coffee was good too and you get a little bit of brownie which made me want a whole one, it was delicious.

Love this cafe! We have become regulars. Staff are so so friendly and helpful! Amazing chai latte and coffee is delicious. Would definitely recommend.

The little seaview feels like a second home. The food/coffee is incredible but what really makes this place special is the staff. It is a family run business and Annie, the owner is one of the most lovely, kind people I have met. Jen, the gorgeous barista goes above and beyond and nothing is ever a problem. I could spend hours and hours at the sea view and couldn’t recommend it enough:)

Friendly staff serving generous, wholesome brekky options. This cafe also makes fresh Vietnamese noodle bowls (we ordered the vermicelli chicken noodles - so good!) Officially found our hidden Asian noodle spot to satisfy all our cravings will be back again

This is a lovely little café that serves great coffee, and at very reasonable prices.
What really makes it stand out, however, is the staffs' incredible friendliness and dedication to great service.

Thought we would try a new place for breakfast for a change.
Great experience overall. Friendly service and the food was great too. Watermelon juice was top notch!

Absolutely amazing! A quiet and friendly Cafe. The open croissant had the best scrambled eggs I have ever had. The coffee was creamy even with soy milk and the safe were friendly and welcoming. Will be coming back:)

Went there today and was surprised how good it was. Owners are the people serving and preparing the food and you can tell they care about what they are doing. Overheard the lady proudly telling customers of the in-house/homemade options, which was very nice to see.

Working in the area and popped in for a smoko coffee. Top notch, smooth and tasty. I enjoyed it so much that I had a lunchtime BERRY SMOOTHIE that blew my socks off!
Definitely a go too with easy parking.

Annie makes the BEST COFFEE and all the staff are so friendly. Food offerings are simple but made with love and taste amazing. A real gem of a cafe that we visit whenever we can.

Really good tasting coffee with a friendly welcome and prompt service. What more could you want? We enjoyed an almond croissant and banana bread: both were delicious.

Highly recommend this little cafe. Lovely atmosphere, kind and helpful staff, AMAZING fresh bagels (I had thier poppyseed bagel with smoked salmon (delicious!), As well as a lovely decently sized pot of tea. Always a plus).

As a side note, there are a bunch of op shops in the immediate vicinity so you can make a trip of it!
