The food is good but service is slow and unorganised.
The big bulky bald dude taking orders has pathetic customer service skills. A few other staff are very unprofessional too.
They never apologise for delays or issues and are rude.
SORT OUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EDUCATE STAFF ON HOW TO DEAL WITH & TALK TO CUSTOMERS.

I first came here in 2018, they made great pizzas and charcoal chicken with spicy sauce is one of my favorite food ever. But it was run by actual Lebanese people they had some issues in service as well but now it's no longer little Lebanon "It's little India".

Earlier everyone used to come here now it's just pajeets. One of perth's best late night restaurant is completely ruined.

The best place for falfal kebab has turned into a nightmare. We use to visit this place from past 8 years but now we wont be eating at this place.
Our kebab was dry and had less salad and sauce, also there was no taste.
The plates and dishes were on the table and looked disgusting, although the staff was busy in chatting.
Do not visit this place as the owner has changed so dont expect the taste that you were getting in the past.

The most delicious food and service I’ve ever had every time I go to this restaurant never disappoint me.
Fresh and clean middle eastern food.
When you order just ask for the guy who wears glasses, he’s the best one to serve you

Pros: yummy food
Cons: bad service and hygiene for the price

> after queuing up to order again, I kindly let her know what happened and she rolled her eyes and proceeded the payment without apologising

The best chicken in town!
Soo well cooked that the meat literally falls off the bone and tastes just marvellous. The spicy sauce they use has some awsome flavours and also the staff is really really friendly.
To the staff reading this, you are doing a great job guys

Took a while to get our food, but we did go at there peak time. Was worth the wait. Alway great food.

The (mixed) kebab was decent in the end, not out of this world. But as you'll see in the other reviews, the staff were just so rude.

100% on point with other reviews that note "It's like you're asking them a favor when you order". When I asked if they do tabouli, the lady noticeably sighed and walked off (to ask I assume) before entering just into till and asking if I want anything else.

It's honestly not that hard to get the extra 2 stars to a 4 star review. Just smile, say thanks, see you next time. It takes the same amount of calories to smile and be nice as it does to be a grump.

It was a pretty long wait as well (like 20+ minutes) for a single kebab, and on the pricier side. Which I would be happy to accept for a really good experience.

I just won't go back unless I know they are more polite.

Authentic flavours in the lamb kebabs. Value for money. Pleasant cashier. Reasonable wait time for a moderately busy period. We need a good Lebanese restaurant to add to our international cuisine options. Shall go back for a plate and decide.

Food is good but i give 1 star because of poor customer service. Like the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.when u go to order food it seems like they are doing a big favour taking your order. Too rude behaviour.

Even without customer service, there is something called 'common decency'. The staff at this place lack both. Active hostility and aggressiveness has been my experience at this place. It is a unique experience in its own way.

Food is bad. The people working there are rude and I almost smacked one of them but they almost cried so I left him. And it's dirty and untidy inside. Wish there was a Zero Star button. Won't be going back.

Amazing food, terrible service. 1 hr wait via uber eates and over 40 min wait when I was last in store.

Would be a 5 star if they sorted there wait times out. Very dissapointing.

Those guys don’t know anything about customer service, no smile, no thank you, a bit bossy - you don’t feel middle eastern friendly atmosphere. Kebab just okay.

30min wait to get a kebab and chips. Kebab was tiny, cold and meat tasted old. Didn't even get the chips. Asked about the chips and eyes were rolled. 20mins later the chips arrived. Cold. Avoid.

Food is excellent but service at the Cafe is lousy and wait time can be very long (even when you order from Menulog to pick up at a set time).

I have visited the cafe couple of time lately, unfortunately I have to change my 5 star into 1 star.
The food is still good, but their service have gone absolutely bizarre. Have never been to any restaurant who treat their customers this bad. I don’t understand why they have to be rude to customers.
During busy time, staffs being a bit out of shape it’s understandable (but not acceptable), but they are rude to customer whole day long.
This will be my last visit. NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Went when it wasn't busy and still waited 30min for a kebab half the size of normal size. Didn't receive chips with my meal. Told they would bring them to my table and started cooking them then forgot all about the chips. Not good service and won't go back again

I love this place bust this time. I had chicken with rice. It was so salty. I got sick after eating.

Worst customer service ever
Staff is so rude, I called here to place an order for takeaway they hang up phone call saying that we are busy can not answer your question come in restaurant to order if you want.
