Little India (Warwick) reviews
49Love everything about Little India. The food is always delish, whether we eat at the restaurant or order take away. Vishal and staff make you feel welcome, never disappointed! Thank you!
My wife order chicken Bhuna from here and I thought it was pretty bland. I won’t be rushing back.
Why so much price difference from your website and MENULOG? So we need to pay higher price for the food plus the delivery fee
Efficient which was lucky as was a few people there but we had our two year old with us. Hot and fresh. Enjoyed all dishes. Beef Madras, and chicken 65 especially. Thankyou.
My family have been loyal customers for many years and they have always given us delicious food at a good price. We usually have butter chicken and goan fish, and we've ALWAYS been satisfied with their service. The staff are consistently polite and pleasant to be with.
WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND FOR A BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!
Ordered: 11/12/2021
Placed order at 4pm for delivery between 5: 45pm and 6: 15pm. Arrived at 6: 20.
Our food arrived luke warm/cold.
The onion bhajis were burnt black on the outside and not enjoyable to eat. The papadams where stale and chewy. The samosas where cold and the pastry was so thick and under cooked. The naan bread had no taste and wasn’t good. Not impressed at all!
Thank you for your reply.
Yes the Uber involved could have been the cause for the cold food. It does not however excuse the poor quality of food delivered.
In your reply you completely dismiss the fact the food was not good quality.
I was so looking forward to this meal! I had heard great things about your restaurant!
My food was some of the worst Indian I have had. The bhajis were burnt, the naan was flavourless, the samosas were cakey and not enjoyable to eat, the papadams were stale.
The spices on the chicken tikka were good and the rice was ok. Otherwise we had to throw the rest away.
I apologise that the food was made worse by it being cold when it arrived but that doesn’t excuse the poor food.
Went there last week. Had a great meal for $19.
Week later and now it's $24️
TO YOUR REPLY
I am a little confused. We sat at a table, had entree and breads.
Your price lists are still different with the meal I had being $21 on one and $22 on the other
Little India is our fav local Indian restaurant. Food is always delicious and staff friendly. They also are happy to cater for vegans. This visit we had the mushroom muttar and baigan aloo and both were so yum. So you again soon!
Always enjoy dining in here, the service is friendly and welcoming and the food is beautiful! I usually get the same dishes - Butter Chicken, garlic naan and coconut rice and it's absolutely delish!
Firstly, thanks to those who’ve already written reviews! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! We had the banquet and chose butter chicken and a goat curry and it was absolutely bloody beautiful. Yay to having a great local Indian restaurant we can enjoy!
We have had eaten and had multiple deliveries at Little India for over 2-3 years period. Each time we have been happy with the quality of food provided, the taste and the freshness. Unfortunately, we have moved to near Perth city recently and we miss their food. We highly recommend them if your are interested in Indian food.
Recently moved to the area and ordered from Little India for the first time. Some of the best Indian food I've ever had delivered. So delicious! We had goat curry and butter chicken and loved both:)
Tasty food with good service and also well priced.
Update. 3 years on. Still coming
here.because friendly service and food is consistent. They have never disappointed us. We highly recommend.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent especially the goat curry. Photo shows Chicken Pathia. It was very nicely balanced and the right amount of heat. The Cauliflower entree was brilliant. This is becoming a regular stop for us.
Awesome family run restaurant. Great food, great service. Definitely recommend! You will not be disappointed!
Delicious food with a great range of dishes, lovely friendly quick service, great prices and serving sizes. Great for takeaways as well as a lovely dinner out.
The Best Indian cuisine In town. Authentic, fresh, and served promptly. Thank you Vishal for looking after us with terrific, friendly service every time we visit you.
Regards
David and Helen
We wanted to try a new place and had the best indian food ever, we tried take away on different occasion and still excellent, we are going for dinner there again next week.
My friends and I decided to have a meal here, on the recommendation of a lady from India.the food was fresh, fast, fiery and fulfilling! I gave suggestions on what we should order and everyone was not disappointed.the textures, flavours and aromas were a feast for the eyes.we are coming back! Thank you.
Just finished our third order of curries and each has been great! The portion size and price is very good for the flavour of these curries. We can definitely recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala (tandoor oven cooked), Lamb Korma and Onion Bhaji. Plus the service has been fast and very friendly! Will definitely be returning.
