I highly recommend Regan. From the moment we started talking I felt comfortable going to her for advice. She has so much knowledge and understanding of babies. My son who is now 13 months old goes to bed at night with so much ease and wakes up happy in the morning, with no wake ups. I really didn't think it was possible. I have more awareness of sleep cues and awake times to best help him during the day. We all sleep so well now!
