Been an on off user for a few years but the recent latest deliveries have definitely taken a backward step. Tonight's Spaghetti Carbonara sauce was just so watery as was a another Spaghetti dish recently. Also a Salmon dish had very little Salmon in it compared to the same meal some deliveries ago. Seems recent comments also criticise the amount of meat fish within the meal, obviously a recent trend. Flavours also seem lacking so I'll be trying another provider or the supermarket meals for the next order.

Used to be quite reasonable however my last order was not what I've come to expect. Chicken, lamb and beef portions were miserable, cheap lamb cuts in the roast lamb and the vegetables in some meals were dehydrated not to mention an overwhelmingly amount of green peas. I order 28 meals at a time and will do this once more, if not up to par, goodbye.

Clearly they don't need my business. I ordered light n easy to be delivered at my factory which I have done many times but this time they dropped it out the front of my factory in full view of the road.at 6.50am, yes 6.50am. It then sat there, surprising it was not stolen till 8am when my factory opens. So ring Lite n Easy and explain that it was $200 worth of food and I don't think it is good business leaving in such a vulnerable place. I then explained that I had the foam boxes to give back, so was I suppose to leave then outside my factory over night? I explained the last time the driver would only take one back when I had received two boxes on the previous order, and he got a bit nasty and refused to take the 2 back. I was told that if I cannot find a better delivery address they cannot help, so I have now stop using them with help from the staff member. Will never understand companies that don't want your business but then advertise for more customers spending tens of thousands of dollars. Are they simply looking for the easy score or a customer like me that has complained once over 10 years and the first time get dumped.

Well done Lite n Easy I have lots of boxes that are Lite and getting my food is certainly not Easy, disgusted.

Noticing lately that the chicken noodle soup does not have much chicken in them, should be could noodle & vegetable soup & the pumpkin is very thin & runny. Disappointing.

I had major surgery and as I live alone I needed meals that are easy and nutritious so I ordered the frozen dinners. I was very impressed with the flavour and size of the meals, the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is as a vegetarian I would like a bit more choice.

Food is great however now increased delivery and increased prices on food making them not the cheapest option very disappointing already had stopped ordering some of their options due to price increases. Long time customer possibly lost now we have not placed an order since increase in delivery. Maybe support your loyal customers and charge new customers only just a thought.

Order if you must. Their services are prompt and we do order for in-laws as it is available through their Home Care Package (cost mainly funded by government) provider; otherwise it could be cheaper and often better selection of prepared frozen or chilled meals in all main supermarkets. We also noticed that quality is being compromised now even more; they put less chicken in the Chicken & Avocado salad, for example, dressing became so vinegary too; steaks look smaller and smaller every month, but meals have more cheap vegetables added for some volume, like green peas and carrots, for example. They could get away with claiming healthy options, but their meals are full of sodium, carbs, sugars and various additives that not really good for you, in that amounts anyway. So their service 4 star, pricing 3.5 star and health benefits is 1-max 2 stars from me. Does a job, but don’t hold your breath about their meals.

Unfortunately, in Perth, unlike Sydney, a delivery fee is charged. Am a longbtime customer. Reason, petrol costs. FYI Lite n Easy, petrol is higher in Sydney. Poor customer service and no loyalty from them to long term customers.
In response to your comments below, other areas have a higher charge, not less. Plans have already increased too plus your unreasonable per delivery charges make you very unattractive. I would recommend that people look at other providers out there, there are many and provide better value for money. I won't be using Lite n Easy in Perth, you lost a long term loyal customer.

I have been a client of Liteneasy and over the past few weeks have had good that I complained about. Again this week I had the salmon spaghetti which last week I complained as there was only four small pieces of fish in the food. I complained and was asked to try it again and this week I got three and a bit pieces of fish less than an inch square. When you look at there advertising for this dish it shows 8 or 9 larger pieces of fish. So be careful if you are buying this food

LOVE the foods-but hate the ordering system. Not easy to independently get to the lunch n snacks 1200 (ONLY). I regularly have abandon 2-3 attempts. Even if I order more; intend to remove a pack; then it wont be removed. I get it; PROFITS! NOT CARE!

I eat gluten free and thought I had ordered 7 meals without gluten, when it arrived I had 2 pasta meals which I can't eat, I rang to ask why and hoped you would fix the mistake, but apparently not as it appears I ordered twice, yes I did order twice because the first one dis appeared from my screen, not a very good experience for my first order

I have been ordering from Lite n Easy on/off for a couple of years now, mainly for convenience (handy when moving house, handy when just given birth, handy in the lead-up to christmas with school concerts/work events etc.) There is so much variety in meals - soups, desserts, frozen dinners, fresh meals, smaller lunches, breakfast, snacks, calorie specific programs etc.
Delivery is always easy - the box is placed at my front door, the previous box is taken away if I leave it out. Sometimes I have not returned home until hours later, yet all the food is still icey cold. Some meals aren't too my liking, so I simply order meals that I know I will enjoy. The salt content varies between meals, but in general when I have compared similar meals at grocery stores, Lite n Easy's meals have had the lower salt content. I have tried grocery store frozen meals too - all different brands, and found most of them to be bland or salty. Lite n Easy is always tasty! I will continue to order Lite N Easy as/when required.

Just did the first week. Very easy to use, especially with the app. I love the meals, doing breakfast, lunch and dinner. All have been very high quality. I have liked most, some not to my taste but there is a large selection so I am spoilt for choice. I will definitely be continuing the service.

I have waited 1.5hr to speak to someone about my order and got absolutely no where!
If you have taken on too many clients please set up a line that is not related to placing an order but so that you can speak to someone if there is an issue,

I have never felt so frustrated we have tried to work something out with you but every suggest we make you refuse to be helpful, my mother has MS and is Elderly and you have all of sudden stop being helpful to her, you advertise that you bring the box in and help the client unpack their food but then you refuse to do this for my mother. You falsely advertise this on TV it is a disgrace and inhuman to people in need. In Perth at the moment we are having 40 degree heat days but you refuse to just wait for my mother to come to the door and get the driver to place the box inside the door or even just slide it across the floor. Where has the respect and helpful gone for the elderly in need

Order & Delivery is actioned incredibly fast which is excellent. They have delivery that arrives straight to your door step. Packaging is well considered when they individually pack each meal for you. It’s quite a personal experience and encounter. Lite n’ Easy offers a recycling collection service as well for your boxes. To top it off you also get a delicious seasonal menu of wide variety that you can individually pick:

-Breakfast
-Lunch
-Dinner
-Dessert

All freshly prepared by health specialists, dieticians and chefs. They have such delicious balanced meals
I would highly recommend this company.

It makes me so angry doing a bad review of this product, because it is actually good and I see great results. Saying that, their delivery system is letting them down.
I live in a building in Perth and we have homeless everywhere in the area.
I wrote on my order note to never leave the box outside. That we have a concierge that can open the door and also to call me so I can organise someone to open the door in case the concierge is not at the desk. 3 week ago the box was left outside. No phone call, nothing despite the driver lying said he attempted to call.
This has happened again last week and today.
I called your support centre and made a complaint, but nothing has changed.
They can't organise for a different delivery time and also they want me to get the delivery on a different day. I organised the order on the free of charge delivery day and they would not waive the fees if I order on another day, even if it is for their fault that I have to do so.
I won't order from them anymore.
