Disappointed.
The air cond in the shop not working (still) and now the cool room wasn't either.
Hope they put their hand in their pocket and fix this shop soon.
I went to their competitors to get a cold beer.

Wish they would fix the air-conditioner, feel sorry for the staff. Its been ongoing for a long time now. Other than that, great service always.

Do not ever shop at this store! Fellow customers are absolutely rude pests and the store itself not much better. The store was closed during opening hours, however the return to store time had passed! Lots of missed sales opportunity as customers arrived and left due to it being closed, lights out!

Air conditioning still broken - seems like it has been for a couple of years now. Very hot. Very uncomfortable. Avoid!

Whoever Connor and Zacs boss is, have it known you are lucky to have them, they were flatout but still made time to help me with few enquires and help with a difficult purchase.

I am a 50+ female stroke survivor. I attended the Warwick store this morning & after offering up my double jab certificate the "boy" that served me was aggressive, verbally abusive!

Had a lovely experience last time I was here. Not sure about the other reviews but I found Connor to be very helpful. I believe you get the attitude you give!

It's getting better. There was a time not that long ago that they weren't selling any beer produced in WA, there are a couple now.

Usually go to Dan Murphy's even though they are further away because they're cheaper. Unfortunately after a big day today we decided to go to liquorland. Paid an extra $7 for a FLAT 10pk of jim beam and cola cans

I just visited this store. I chose to mention in a very friendly manner to the sales person, Connor, that I observe that Liquorland POS screen never presents me with an amount when I tap and go. I said it is for this reason that I alway ask Liquorland ALONE for a receipt. He was uninterested in this improvement & rather rudely said it would be a waste of time suggesting it to his area manager. I could not afford to carry Connor in my business.

Connor is not very friendly and seems like he hates his job. There's a lot of people who would be grateful for his job. Don't keep the bad eggs.

Purchased a birthday gift online realized its the wrong size a tiny bottle. Asked to pay to make it a large in store like Coles or anyone can. Told NO have to go home ring place up wait 25 min to get someone to have them say I will put you through then hang up on me.
Wont be buying from them again

On 4th of Nov around 6pm, i went to this liquorstore and the lady on duty was so rude. This was like my local store but honestly, killed my vibe about this company. I would rather drive an hour or a day to any other store but not a liquorland. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Clean and tidy. Seems like a fairly limited selection of product lines. Some good bargains to be had.
