Phoebe is very nice and welcoming, never fails to greet you, genuinely offers to assist and takes the time to provide great service. I understand customer service jobs aren't always easily but keep up with your amazing work.

The young lad that was working this morning (Aus day) was very helpful and happy to take the time and answer my questions. Showed me around the store and knew all the specials that are on. Not the biggest store but very well stocked and had everything I needed for Aus day. Will use when in the area and in need of refreshments.
Friendly staff who are knowledgeable of products and brands, willing to help you in the selection process with excellent reccomendations along the way.
Friendly customer service. Ample parking. Easy access form car park. Located inside South Lakes Shopping Centre. Great range and variety of beers, wines and spirits. Regular specials on display. It may be a small store, but great range of alcohol to choose from.
