Liquorland Scarborough

Absolutely disgusted. I am on holidays with my family. My husband and I and our two children 15 and 12. Just had some fun at the Lookout Bowling alley and was getting some beverages on way home before going out to dinner this evening. Was refused service because we didn't have my son's ID. Who was standing out the front of the store. A 20 something year old thinking she has the audacity to ruin a good day. Well done. You just lost money for Coles. Never shopping at Coles again.

Some of the men that work there are truely really nice they always acknowledge you as soon as you walk in very professional however the females could learn some customers skills from them. Excellent range of wines however the beers not so much and always have specials offers on.

Great small store, with best store Mgr and Asst store Mgr with plenty of knowledge of alcohol

Friendly staff but poor customer service from the store manager. She was rude to reply a simple question.

IS a great handy bottle shop, prices are NOT competitive with other liquor retailers especially Liquor Barons in Innaloo they are the best price around z3

Friendly helpful staff. Need more vegan wine options or at least the ones you have labeled for easier purchase. It's a small shop but has most things.

The guys in here are friendly and helpful. Had a chuckle one of them was singing. Shows they're happy in their work.

I have been consistently disappointed with the service at the Scarborough beach liquor land. The ongoing poor customer service is very disappointing. The store is located conveniently at our local supermarket, so I am a regular customer. However, despite attending the store on a regular basis there is no evident attempt at customer service. I am served by the same employee each week who shows no warmth or welcome to his clientele. It does not seem to matter if the store is quiet or busy, he makes no attempt to make me feel welcome or valued as a customer. In fact I have had him yell out next while I am still standing at the counter placing my change back in my wallet.

I actually made the comment to Stefan last week that he really doesn't appear to remember anyone, he had a sharp response that he serves hundreds of people a day and isn't expected to remember everyone. That was the only response I got. He then appeared to ignore me while he finished scanning and charging my items.

I hope this feedback may alter the way in which your staff see the customer.

Just a liquor store BUT
as with the Coles, I found the staff here really friendly and helpful. Also the weekly deals are often good. This isn't the place to buy great quality wines, but it will give you a good deal.

A nice little Liquorland, they make do quite well with what space they have (which isn't much unfortunately). Staff were friendly and helpful, and upheld the liquor laws very well. Only thing that disappointed about this place was that the fridges were a little empty.
