Liquorland Noranda Square reviews
14Staff (older lady) is usually a bit miserable and rude. Never enough cold stock. Popular blocks of beer stacked outside the fridge and not cold. For some reason this Liquorland seems more expensive than others but that might be just me, on things for sure it is more expensive than my local family owned bottleshop in Embleton.
Staff member Julie was so rude. Not customer service at all, she could not even say Hi or Thank you. All the questions I asked, she only responded Yes and No.
One lady who works there never says hello back to you nor acknowledges your thank you when you pay. Grumpy. Should not work in customer service.
The staff here are always friendly and helpful. No, not just saying it, they are alwsys. If you need booze, in the area then use this liqorland.
How is an expired driver's licence with a photo not proof of age. I've been in iso for nearly 10 days. I asked my 19yr old daughter to get me a carton of beer. She was refused service for having an expired licence. ME NO UNDERSTAND.
Rude and condescending staff, garbage service, the person at the counter couldn't even crack a smile when I (the customer) says "thankyou, have a good day". I can't believe I even paid the ridiculous price for something that is half the price pretty much everywhere else. The shop is small, understocked, "cool rooms" are warm and the place is filthy. Glad that this place isn't my local. Never again, complete dump.
Just like to thank Sarah who took the time to assist me in locating my credit card (actally in my washing basket.). Having misplaced it after using it to purchase some items. Extremely thouhgtful, helpful and courteous confirming for me that I had not lost it but put it in a particular pocket I do not usually use. Thus ending up in washing. Yes I am getting on in years but it was reasuring to know that the younger generation still have the willingness to assist when needed. Above and beyond Sarah, thank you, Mike.
Usually this shop is okay. Today (31/12/20) I had the pleasure of getting served by someone who most certainly doesn't have any of his own money in the business and couldn't give a flying sh*t. Well done Coles Group.
If you want a friendly, welcoming experience, definitely walk over to DeVine Cellars. You'll be valued and treated well.
Good selection of the wines and beers.staff very friendly.forgot to tap my card.thanks for the Xmas cheer.choice mate/bro
Medium sized bottle shop who offer a wide range of wines, beers and spirits. Friendly and helpful staff and easy access parking. Also regularly offer good red and white wine specials from local and interstate wineries.
Good range of liquor and beers. Both warm and refrigerated. Easy parking for a quick in and out.
The lady that served me was a rude mole.
I will never return to this shop due to her poor attitude.
This is my local and I love the staff and specials. One woman in particular is fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable
One of the worker here is a racist prick lol.tall, white, messed up teeth, bogan and seems like he's with the kkk
