Worst Customer Service I have ever received the lady there, hung the phone up after I told her she sold me the wrong thing I thought surely it must have just cut off but no she just hangs up. I go there and explain she has sold me the wrong product after admiting she heard me wrongly, but doesn't offer a refund rings her manager to only go on to tell her a lie that I purchased it and know I didn't want it. Little did she know I have video recorded to whole incident. Catching her totally lying about what happened still waiting to hear a response from proprieter if Kelmscott store.

Whilst a small store and certainly not a Dan Murphy's, the staff are friendly and the range good. Regular specials and 50% are good deals. Stocks most common wines and beer but if you're looking for speciality you'll need to go to Dan's.
