7 The worst Liquorland branch.
Rude, rude and rude every single staff.
Two old staff look like the owners very rude and a woman looks like half abo she is rough and guts. Lastly, a limping man never smile.
Rather pay bit more at Thirst camel near around there.
Bought some beer there yesterday, the assistant who served me (Mathew) was very rude and super unfriendly, I won't be back.
I just have been at this shop 15/09/23 at 2: 55 pm.and the customer service is poor and horrible. The blonde woman working in there, about 40 years old, was really rude and racist.
She told me don’t come back here next time because I didn’t have my passport with me but I DID show her my National ID. I have never had any problem with my national ID in other liquor lands or dan Murphy stores.
I will never come back again.

I had a woman working here treat me like she didn't want me around. I would understand if I was loud, rude or carelessly opening fridge doors, but I wasn't. She also didn't offer me a box to carry the products I bought in, despite me needing one. It's common courtesy to offer one in liquor stores. I'm glad I didn't have far to go back on public transport, but that's a dropping hazard.
I was a polite paying customer, I don't understand why she was so hostile. I've actively avoided this store since.
I went to it a couple of times, it was a very friendly guy, helpful comprehensive. But my last experience was with the very annoying and haw full lady that everyone is talking about. Go there if you are lucky!
Absolutely awful customer service. This has happened to me several times, always from the same blonde woman. Her rudeness is inexcusable. After visiting on 11th April 2020. This woman spoke to me and my husband with no respect. We ended up walking out and purchasing from Vintage Cellars. Liquorland can have some great offers, however with service like this, I would rather shop elsewhere.
