Liquorland Joondalup

Refused service for having my kids in the car whilst purchasing vodka for my wife and white claw 10pk for myself which is the only thing I can currently drink that doesn’t make me feel sick after a long break from not drinking.
The wrong assumption made in regards to my oldest step daughter who is 18 next week, 3.5year old and 18month year old.
After spending all day in the car traveling to be refused service as an approved manager and RSA holder was extremely disappointed.
Not too familiar with area took ages to find another drive through for Convenience and pretty much ruined a nice day.
Come from parts of the country that have the tightest restrictions on the sale of alcohol. Have been to many an accord meeting and understand the fines and potential harm caused by the sale of alcohol to minors, wrong decision made by attendant and a $100+ sale missed op
Had to ring the store a couple of times to get the manager.
Manager was apologetic, but beware to others who drive with their kids in there car and go through a drive through.
Can’t leave them in the car can u.

Never been refused alcohol in my life but the attendant left in charge was quite vague and distracted and unsure, had collected drinks to ring up at counter and then refused sale.
Wonder how many sales have been missed due to poor training/service and assumptions/discrimination against who drinks what.
Pleased with response from manager who handled complaint well. But disappointing nether the less.

Staff rolled the door down on my face at 8: 55 why do you say you close at 9 if you close early on a customer

Absolute legends at this place. Had a mix up with a gift card payment and they were super chill and down to Earth about it. Cheers.

Have a career in customer service. Can honestly say the staff at liquorland Joondalup go the extra mile for their customers. I went there to purchase what I wanted and they just gave me extra in the middle of a pandemic. So grateful.

Awesome stuff. Staff are awesome, knowledge is great and helpful, and awesome variety. Definitely worth a walk through because they have a great variety. Customer service is one of the best.

Came into this store 30 minutes before closing and was rushed and starred at while shopping for a gift.disguisting service and horrible staff.

Your staff care more about leaving work than serving the customer. I Will Never be returning to this store again.

Closes at 9pm, we get there at 8: 55 and the younger male with curly-ish hair tells us and 2 others to hurry up as he will refuse to serve us when it hits 9: 00 on the dot. The other couple went to run out to the car at 9: 00 to get their wallet presumably, and likely got refused service. I work retail and if we treated customers like he did to us we would get a written warning. So disappointed.

For those of you who like beer, wine and any other alcohol if you want good beverages and at a good price this is the place to go. But whatever beverage you purchase I recommend taking care when you leave. The beverage is in china ware bottles and they're most likely fragile so if you drop them it's bye bye beverage and that would be a tragedy.

Excellent and friendly staff. Good special offers in store and staff who know what they're talking about. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.
