Liquorland Gosnells

Been there today for first time and customer service was excellent. Went in for 1bottle and came out with 3. Lady at counter knows well what she is doing and can make really good suggestions.

Excellent presentation, knowledgeable staff. Especially Kelly who is always a pleasure to see her bubbly personality lifts my day.

A small but very good little LL here that has some issues. There are crime issues here and for some reason not always active security guards on site. The effects of this are noticeable on the staff who are always great and helpful. They deserve better than to work under such pressure.

I don't drink and the lady helped my to pick out just the right gift. It was well received. Thank you

This as to be the worse store i have been in.they change the prices when ever they want.there is never the drink you want.the staff are great, it is higher management that stuffs it up.

Walked in for a bottle of Gentleman's Jack Daniels and walked out with a bottle of wine that I haven't been able to find since I vacationed at Margaret River a few years ago! Great selection!

Needed a drink, Liquorland was there. Staff were friendly some of the other patrons were a little whiffy.

Always have lovely staff working here for some reason haha nice guys hopefully they don't have to deal with too many thief's etc.

Nice shop. But making a bloke with grey in his hair return to his car to get I. D.gives your customer service a 3 star rating and a lost sale.

I always go to a liquor land store as they have pretty much everything you need.

Long time customer, locally for eight years. Just want to say the shop over the past few weeks has been in the best shape ever. Neat, clean, tidy and well stocked. Staff are fantastic. Big improvement.well done.

Absolutely lovely staff, not the greatest with stock sometimes but gosnells is a high liquor demand suburb so that makes sense. But seriously, always a lovely experience at this place. The staff are above and beyond.

Nice shop. Clean, friendly service and decent specials. Bigger range would be great but there is limited space so not much can be done about that.

They have a good deal on my type of drinks atm, but otherwise I find Liquorland more exspensive, what the? But the staff are mostly cheerful, and all very helpful

I have tried to lodge a enquiry with Coles Liquorland but they do not give you the option. How do Coles justify increasing the price of a carton of beer from $30 to $39 in one price increase. I would love to hear from someone at Coles to explain this unexceptable 30% price increase.

When it isn't closed.stating it will be back at a certain time.and still not back 25 mins later.and this isn't a one time thing.shelves often not restocked and chillrd in particular specials.my local and have tried to support.but beyond a joke now.

Went here after work at 3: 55pm during normal trading hours, doors locked up with sign saying back at 4: 15. Saw a few customers come and go while I was getting back into car. Expecting a customer to wait 20 minutes is just ridiculous. Went to BWS across the road instead and won’t be back.

Went here today, i am 25 yrs old, walked in the store to be greeted by no one, so i proceeded to browse with my boyfriend.whilst in the middle of a discussion with my boyfriend, an employee named Sanida interrupted our conversation to ask for my ID, i said sure once i finish this conversation, Sanida refused to wait and rudely demanded to be shown immediately. So i show her and continue talking, she interrupts again and say now his, my boyfriend wasn't even buying anything. Needless to say i was offended by her attitude and went to BWS around the corner.
