2022 update:
What the hell is going on with this place? !? ! Things have just gone from bad to so much worse. Closing time has gone from 8.00pm, to 6pm and now 5.30pm? Cmon, It's Friyay guys! Just close the place down if you can't provide a proper service.

This place is the worst! Advertised stock is always non existent. They say there are pallets out the back but never go out of their way to look. If they spent more time working rather than smoking out the front of the store, there might be actually stock on the floor. The cool room is woeful and beer is consistently warm. The staff could try and put smiles on their faces and get to know their regulars a little better but that just seems way too hard. I consider myself a friendly person but I've given up trying to encourage and exchange pleasantries with this motley crew. 'Convenience' is the only reason I go to this store but it's now becoming more and more inconvenient to walk through the doors as disappointment is the overall experience. Lift your game guys or find another job that you may be happy in. Management need to step in to see what's going on in here.

Small shop but they've moved things around so there's more room to move. Stock range is on the smaller side but has the essentials

So annoying when my phone is flat & I think it’s ok I can just register manually this time. But no they have security at the door enforcing a show of double vaccination, which of course is on my phone. IF it was mandated already, all shops would be enforcing this.

So how can a franchise enforce something as an independent entity that’s not law? ! I would understand if it was a restaurant or cafe.

I only go here as my local bc it’s closest. You just lost several customers (my family & neighbours) This is the last straw. I’m sick of being ignored when I need something not in the fridge & staff won’t stop talking among themselves to serve me, now this. From now on I’ll be going to celebrations on Epsom Ave. Thanks so much to the lovely woman who offered to get my drinks for me. What a legend

It was very busy
The man serving was not friendly at all
And because there was a huge demand for service that day I had to wait to be served at the counter to ask him to get what i needed. He then had to leave the counter and go out the back to get the stock which of course was not chilled.
Not the best way to keep customers

Great staff always willing to help carry stuff out to my car but always closes early before proper closing time

Parking is not great and the selection is poor and staff seem to be depressed but I can understand why.

Great service, great range, have what I want everytime, very friendly staff here, and helpful. This place is always clean, and well stocked on all my visits. Always have great specials,

You stand there at the counter for ages even if staff see you there. They got rid of all snacks. On more than a few cases the place has been closed while employees run errands.the worst bottle shop I have ever been to hands down.the only reason I go there is its across the street.

Not happy today as I went there at opening time and had to wait 5 minutes for the staff member to open the store. He was rude and unhelpful as well.

Quite a lot of range of alcohol even though the shop is very small. They also have huge discounts on various alcohol all the time. Keep an eye on it, you will get alcohol in really good price.
