7 Walked in tonight with a big good evening. No answer. The lady and gentleman were engrossed in the computer and did not bother to answer or even look up. Walked out with no service.
Will not return.

I Wouldn't even give this a 1 star, The worse customer service ever, it's the lady manager that is VERY RUDE. I would even look at the store, aka I will never go back and so should others, Eaton store is way better and they actually have the best customer service and a smile.
Very disappointed with the customer service. A lady working there came up to my friend and I very aggressively asking us to both get out our ID'S. We had come the day before but I am also VERY tattooed up. Should seriously consider changing staff.
Great service, but not too much to choose from, overpriced compared to the other bottleshops I've visited
More boutique wines should be stocked. Most of the staff are friendly, the gentleman staff member with a beard is always so jolly and helpful. Have experienced on many occasions a very unhelpful staff member that doesn't have the time to even smile.
Liquorland is the only bottle shop that sells Hammer and Tongs. Yellow Hammer and Tong is the best beer in Aus. Best price as well. Give it a try, awesome beer.
