My partner and I shop here because it is our local, while some of the pricing isn't as competitive as it could be being owned by Coles the staff are fantastic!

Everyone remembers us and greets us with a smile and always has a chat with us.

Everyone remembers what we buy and always tells us of specials coming up and new products they think we would like to try or buy.

This store could be like every other liqourland around but the staff make this place an absolute asset and they are worth their weight in gold to have as staff for a business.

I work in high volume customer service myself and they definitely tick all of the boxes!

The ladies here are so lovely and friendly and really put extra effort into customer service, each time I've gone into the store I've felt like I was greeted by friends. 10/10:)

This was my local until Thursday, the older short man who seemed to be in charge spoke to the poor lady (worker) so horribly. She was busy in the big fridge and he went over to her and spoke to her so rudely. You could see she was busy and he said can you come and serve I’m busy, then walked away out the back and sat down on a seat. I was so embarrassed for her, she couldn’t apologise enough.

I’ve always had a great experience in there with the other team members but the other week the so called ‘manager’ was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. I didn’t get her name but it was extremely unpleasant having to deal with her. She was dark haired short and dumpy… after being in hospitality for as long as I have been I found she has ruined your store. Hopefully this is fixed soon

I went in to pick up my click and collect and when I mentioned my surname the woman made a smart arse remark about it.
I definitely won't be going back there.

There are two absolutely awesome women that work there that I see all the time, always friendly and helpful, and have on several occasions seen me come in and known my usual before i have a chance to say anything. Incredible service and I always leave with a smile on my face

Very poor customer service. The lady who checked my covid vaccination ordered me to show my driving license as well instead of telling me politely. Very rude service. I am paying for the drinks not getting it for free, i will never get back there

Older male staff member had a shockingly bad attitude the lady was as nice as usual. I have been a regular for some time but as much as this store is convenient for me and the rest of the staff are friendly I likely won't return on the chance that the man is there

Reading through these reviews I can see that other people have had problems with the older male manager attitude was terrible today usually he doesn't say anything but has a vibe but today he opened his mouth and I wish he had kept it closed.won't be returning

As much as they didn't have what I was looking for, the staff were super helpful and were able to make a recommendation. Knowledgeable staff and decent selection and prices.

Awesome fresh new look, amazing variety and excellent service by Trish, she was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Horribly expensive in comparison to the other bottle shops in the area.
Very strange atmosphere around the man with neck tattoos.

I was absolutely staggered when I was refused service because my son had carried a bottle of wine. I had other items in my hands and wasn’t able to carry everything. I was told because my son had touched the bottle of wine and he was underage I was not able to buy any of the beverages.

I have never experienced this ridiculous approach to applying the law. This has never happened in the past. Sure if I was buying alcohol for him I would understand.

Unfortunately this experience has soured my experience with Liquorland Beldon and I will be avoiding the business going forward.

Great Shop, good choices, best customer service.shop here quite often, good prices. Every time get courteous service with a smile and I love that they encouraging customers to use less plastic bags. Last time David served me and I was impressed with his professional customer service.
I also use this store to pick up my online order which is easy and fast.
