Great selection of drinks but now the fridges have locks and with only one staff member on duty, around 7 people were standing there waiting

The Cool Room was broken, the lady said all week, so everything was warm. Not good for business

I was after Martini or French Martini; I found a great selection of Gin in this place which was really unexpected. I also found interesting sparkling wines, Prosecco & champagne. The staff was very eager to help and the lady was knowledgeable on the Cocktail recipe I wanted. Quite unexpected in that place (Alexander Heights shopping centre is a tiny & basic local mall). Will be back soon.

Great staff, great variety of stock, very helpful when you don’t have a clue what you want or need. Always professional and knowledgeable

Now have locked fridges for pre mixes and need to get staff to eventually open them. Rediculous

Poor and rude service. Refused to tape up a damaged cask or to give a box to carry it in. Said didn't buy the mixers from them so no box.

I've been living in or around this area for the last 17 years. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I love walking into a store and feeling a genuinely positive team vibe. While it would be nice to see more Swan Valley wines in the store, I guess you cant stock every wine ever made. Some you win, other times, you pick a different wine.

As a regular customer i believe it is woeful how little support you supply your staff regarding the new WA mandates. As a nationwide company you should be supplying extra cover to deal with the people who seem to think your staff created the services WA mandate and not relying upon team members to deal with aggressive customers. The 5 stars are for your staff, not your company.

Get some friendly staff please, bloke has no personality if you are rude and don't want to talk to customers go work elsewhere alone preferably

I was really disappointed with Tanya's service. She has no people skills and makes up rules on the spot that do not reflect the Coles Group rules just her grumpy attitude which she should leave at home. The rest of the staff that I see regularly are great - keep them on!

A typical suburban liquor store. Clean and tidy and all the alcohol you need. Very friendly staff.

The customer service at this store is appalling! Especially from Rod! You shouldn't work in a customer service position with an attitude problem and blatantly disrespect paying customers. Won't be back.
