10Rude staff! I went for my purchase as usual and when about to make payment at counter, the staff asked for ID check before proceed. Even the security guard stood beside did not ask for checking when I came in the store in the first place. It's ridiculous for a 30s years of age asked for ID check. This is so embarrassing as an insult! In fact, I am a regular customer.
Biased Security guard, he will only ask ID to certain people. Clearly unprofessional. Should be fired
Possibly the worst service I’ve ever received! Older man at the counter was beyond rude, misogynistic and dismissive.
Liquor land secret harbour they just had a customer who wasn't vaxx and she left the store. The lady working was very abusive to her. Also she asked me to to run her over in the car park this is not professional almost criminal cannot believe she asked me to run her over in car park
Staff here are rude and self entitled! I understand they are just doing their jobs but it cost nothing to be nice and more understanding when treating with people. Perhaps, they have to deal with a lot of dodgy people on their regular basis they decided to give everyone the same treatment. Working in the hospitality industry I can assure you some of the staff members here have zero of it. I rather go and spend my money somewhere else!
Because they sell my favourite drink I call pink champagne at a more than fair price of $5. Cold. With a real cork. True I tell you all.
Extremely rude staff (especially the security)! It's understandable if someone doesn't have the necessary ID but you do not treat them without respect. Your get a zero score for hospitality. Extremely disappointed.
Discrimination in Liquorland! Bad attention! Mistreatment! We went with my friend and they asked us for our ID, despite having our ID they did not let us in. The person who works in security and the boy who was attending were very rude! I do not recommend it

This is a very clean, well presented store. The staff are friendly and seem to be very organised
The LL store is within 20 metres to the left side of Coles at the Raine Square. Staff are friendly and items are presented nicely. Down side of shopping large or heavy items at Raine Square is lack of free parking. Wilson parking at the Basement is one of the most unreasonable and expensive in town. Currently charging $7 for 30 minutes or $13.60 per hour at the gate. There's minimal likelihood to get in and out with small shopping and not have to pay the $13.60.online shopping and delivery fees for both Coles and LL are still cheaper than this inconvenience.
