9Has the drinks that I was after and staff were really helpful. Would I go back again YES!
I am a frequent shopper at this location and usually purchase red wines on special which are always on display as we enter.
Unfortunately, today there were a stack of beer cartons in front of the wines on special making it difficult to reach.
However, I was able to reach 2 bottles and as I was leaning forward to pick more the guy at the counter called out for me to stop reaching for the wines! If his concern was safety than why place obscuring items in front of specials, making it difficult for clients to reach.
As a result I put the 2 bottles back on the shelf and walked out very disappointed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Dealt with Ramesh who was extremely arrogant and disrespectful.

Much as I would love to give these guys 5 stars, the advertised a special that wasn't in stock. (BIG oops!)
But the stock they DID have was competitively priced and the staff bent over backwards to help. (Thanks Harley!)
Saturday 1pm, I think we caught an employee at a bad time. I don’t usually shop at Liquor Land, my wife and I happened to be at Coles Belmont, so I had a look. I asked a female employee if they would price match a scotch from another retailer. She simply said a stern “no”. As my wife and I walked out of the store, tail between our legs, she motioned with her hand for us to move along.
Obviously, I won’t be going there ever again and would easily consider this to be one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.
Today one of the lady work there not very helpful at all she seem not in the mood to serve anyone. But i can said a guys work there very helpful she have to know how peoples use gift card to pay for it.
I come from Coles with a discount docket on weekly specials. The store is fairly new and clean with good display and competitive prices.
