7Do not use this company! We bought our alcohol (beer & cider) from this company for our Engagement Party and unfortunately due to government COVID restrictions we were unable to hold our party and therefore had to cancel it. As we don't know when we can reschedule it, we no longer needed all the alcohol that we ordered. My partner called and asked if we could return it and the reply was just a 'No, it can’t be returned'. I later e-mailed them then they used the excuse because of COVID we couldn’t return it, which is absolute rubbish. The alcohol is in unopened boxes, has been kept indoors, not refrigerated and is still in date. I know they really couldn’t care less about us, but we were unable to hold the party due to government restrictions. This is so disappointing from this company as they can always re-sell it and we can’t. Will definitely not be using them in future. Do yourself a favour, buy from Dan Murphy's, much better customer service.
Looked ok.did a test order, almost double price for 1 block.so i tried 10 blocks, all at double price.
How do these guys think their business model will succeed, especially with a delivery time of 1 to 2 days.

I ordered a gift pack containing 2 glasses as this item was not available in Victoria. Paid $27.00 to have it posted to Vic. When the item arrived it was different to what I had ordered. No phone call or email to check if I wanted the substitute. I requested a refund on the postage as the one they sent me was available in Victoria at my local bottle shop and I already had one. Offered me a $15 credit on next purchase which wouldn't even cover a delivery charge. Poor customer service.
Disgraceful service - delivery not boxed or addressed. Two bottles just left at the front door for the kids next door to pick up and take to their next party.
@Parveen Narwel.are you seriously complaining about $1 difference for delivery? These guys also need to earn a living not run around for you like a slave
Overpriced shop, please confirm price with other shops (firt choice, dan murphy) before buying from here (liquor home delivery). I bought 6 bottle of Jack daniel's and after discount they charged me $66 per bottle, when i checked price in first choice they $55 on special and $65 without discount.
SO PLEASE CHECK PRICE BEFORE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY
