Pay $15 for 3 cans of export only to be charged an additional transaction fee, without being informed - really? Proves cash is king.what a joke

Was looking for a nice bottle of red for a friends 50th and the worker, I think his name was Will, had an extensive wine knowledge and recommended a 2018 St. Hugo Shiraz. Thanks to Will and his lovely customer service, the wine was a hit at the party!

Absolutely the rudest management here. Saw him abuse an elderly man walking past with his dog at 8 in the morning. Disgusting behaviour.

Disappointing interaction with store manager. Very rude, judgmental unpolite and aggressive. Will never spend money here again.

Will not spend another cent here after extremely rude service from the shopkeeper. Was asked inappropriate questions and left feeling almost violated.
Not to mention a terrible selection of beer/wine which was overpriced.

Thank god there's so many bottle shops so I don't need to step foot here again.

Its a lovely little store that does not have an overwhelming variety of drinks but a good range that satisfies you. 10/10 on store employees being super friendly and store vibe and merchandising being pleasing to the eye. Also easy to find drinks on the shelves:)

Beautiful new store, fantastic team and a great range of wines and beers. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Just went came in and bought a 4 pack of double jacks for 22.99 or 23.99 and upon checking my reciept i was charged 26.99 even though it had a sale tag infront of it in the fridge.

Average selection. Don't be fooled by the marketing of their wine selection, it's predictably uninspired.

Great selection of wines, craft beers and whisky (most whiskys even cheaper than the big stores) and they even have a humidor now with a good selection of Cuban Cigars!

Staff here are absolutely fantastic.
Very knowledgeable and always want to help.

They have a good amount of speciality liquors for any of you connoisseurs out there or just want to give new items a taste.

And the prices are very comparable with other shops and found some items cheaper here.

I forgot my beer at the bus stop in front of the shop. I came back and Chris Miller, the person who was attending the shop, gave it back to me! Unbelievable! Thank you! Thats excellent customer service!
