9Ok, but young man has annoying habit of not making eye contact, instead, focusing on top of customer's head!
Always have a very good range of beers, and wines, in particular, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.
Good assortment of wine. They need more Belgian beers though.things like Chimay Blue etc. Staff are pretty knowledgeable. Reasonable street parking.
Hi I was in the Claremont store on Saturday and was after a bottle of wine for my mother in law. I do not drink wine so I was overwhelmed by how many different kinds of wine there actually are. This caused me great stress, as I wanted my mother in law to enjoy her gift. Luckily for me the two employees, Dan and Adrian were extremely helpful. They were able to provide me with suggestions and answered all questions that I had. I learnt a lot from them! They were both super friendly and patient with me which completely turned my mood from to. So I’d just like to say a big thanks again to them for their excellent customer service skills and a thankyou to you too for employing such good humans. Not sure if employee of the month is something you do in this kind of industry, but If it is I’d like to put in two votes to Dan and Adrian. Cheers for your help guys! Keep up the good work!
Staff are allways helpful and nice but they don't have a huge selection of ciders. (Good wine selection)
Have been coming here for years. Good range and are willing to order in if what you want is not in. Bernard, Mike and all the staff are brilliant.

As a first time potential customer, i asked if they could order a brand of wine they didnt stock.
They rang me to say it was in.fabulous.a rare breed.
The last bottle shop I know that smile when you enter, greet you by name, are always able to answer any questions you throw at them, bend over backwards to meet your needs and then carry those heavy cases of booze to your car and load them in for you 6 stars A+
