12Wouldn't sell me a product at tag price because it wasn't out of date but there was product there in date. Very poor customer service. Won't shop there ever again. Very rude and profit orientated manager.
Callum who served me did an amazing job with helping me choose some drinks that were not my normal weekly buy. He was very clued on the brand's and his customer service was excellent too. Definitely will come back again

Staffed by liars and Owner is rude and condescending. He doesn't mind at all ripping off his customers to make an extra buck. Not apologetic at all, in fact was insulting and proud of himself. Do not shop here.
Found a bottle shop that is open until 8.30p.m! Yay! Just what the doctor ordered when you have a craving for Auchentoshan at 8.00p.m.

The owner was extremely rude and arrogant after informing her I was just going to get my takeaway lunch from the Chinese restaurant after I purchased some drinks from them. She told me the wait for takeaway lunch was too long and to park elsewhere.
I’ve been going to this bottle shop for years and won’t be coming back.
I still get my takeaway Chinese food though and the old bat still stands out the front like a scare crow protecting her parking bays, keep them you’ve lost me!
One of The Best bottle shop in town conveniently located in-between sun~hing & HJs, behind Police Station, Awesome amount of variety too
Awesome place, alot of outdated beer, cider etc for great prices and there's nothing wrong with it.
Decent range, but terrible when you order something. Ordered something as a Christmas present and was told it would be a couple of weeks. Go back after 3 weeks and they've apparently lost our details and don't know if the order was sent. Went back a week after that and they still don't know if it's been sent.
If I knew you were just ordering it from the distillery I would've just bought it from their webshop. I doubt I'll go back.

The owner was extremely rude and arrogant after informing him I would be returning to his shop once I grabbed my dinner from the Chinese store he told me not to park in the liquor baron parking bays I then told him I would be buying alcohol from him in less than 30 seconds he told me he didn't care and I should park across the road. Arrogant, rude, angry and abusive old man who needs to learn how to talk to customers. Safe to say won't be getting my business prices are to High anyway.
