11 Really good testing staff, Very nice and thorough.
BUT They don't process the medicare claims. I find that ridiculous. UPdate you software!
They cancelled my daughters appointment on the same day we waited 5 weeks for the appointment. Now we have to wait another 7 weeks for another appointment, they couldn’t do it any sooner so we ended up at the bottom of the list.
The staff here are absolutely wonderful. We have messed them around with last minute changes to
appointments and it has never been a problem.
After struggling with my hearing for some time and dreading the thought of needing hearing aids I finally visited the Lions Hearing clinic in Joondalup.
I can't thank Devon enough for making me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. He was so thorough and explained everything so clearly making it easy for me to understand what was happening and what was needed to rectify the issue. The service I received and products provided were first class, I can't believe the difference this has made, I'm only sorry I didn't do this before now. Thank you all so much.

I attended the Lions Hearing Clinic this week in Joondalup. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. The audiologist Devon was impressively thorough and all staff were most courteous.
I trust Lions with my hearing care. They are independent from sales commissions which means they give me advice for me.not a sale.
The most expensive piece of rubbish i've ever brought, repaired 7 times in the last three years won't be going back

Mum and Dad were recently fitted with Hearing aids at Lions Hearing Clinic Joondalup, they were very reluctant at first; however after consultation with the friendly professional staff at the clinic.
They were ecstatic with the service received and products provided, they can hear clearly now and are very happy; really good service and customer care.
