Absolutely beautiful is the best way to describe the bracelet Linneys’ has made for me. Thanks to Luca and the behind the scene jeweller craftsmen Paul they designed and crafted a bespoke bracelet that I will be thrilled wear everyday.

Impressive customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff and so many beautiful locally-made pieces to choose from.

Had the most wonderful experience remotely shopping with Linneys from across the Pacific! Zoe, Greg, and Justin were absolutely a dream to work with - made the entire process so seamless. Zoe helped me pick out the most amazing pair of earrings and very patiently answered all of my million questions very promptly. Enclosed within the final package was a personalised note which made my experience even better and I look forward to shopping with Linneys again in the future. I understand the value of a family run business and Linneys sets the bar very high. Cheers to the team!

Awful experience. My partner and I got engaged last week, and we were excited to visit the famous Linneys in Subiaco together to look for rings. The clerk (a tall brunette gentleman with an accent) wanted nothing to do with us, and barely spoke.

I asked questions and requested to try things on, but he just wouldn’t engage. He didn’t even check my ring size. When I requested a quote for a custom piece, I was referred to the prices listed on the display, and simply told they could be “increased to suit my budget. ” I found this strange, as I’d requested a custom piece, yet he made no mention of additions/alterations/stone types/etc that I could explore. I then tried to initiate a discussion about ethical stones, but was bluntly told “we don’t do lab-grown here. ”

It was clear by that point that this man thought I was wasting his time, so my partner and I left. Not the experience we expected to have when looking for our engagement rings, let alone at Linneys.

Such lovely staff! They did a beautiful job of refreshing my white gold rings & made all the effort to have them done in time for an event I had. Will absolutely be back to have them care for my rings for the future.

I loved their showroom at Broome, so to visit their Subiaco store was a treat. Zoë was attentive and friendly to the right degree. Didn't feel any pressure to purchase but found two stunning sets of earrings that will be eternal and head turning classics. Thanks for a terrific experience.

For me: Alan Linney is one of my creative, inspirations as a designer. Linney's jewellery store, was my business neighbour, twice in two locations in Rokeby Rd, Subiaco. I met Alan when he was at Pioneer Village in the very early days. It was a pleasure recently to sign the book of dedication, where some of the pictures start, with the memories of his time at the Pioneer Village.
We are seen as being amongst the "Subi icons" (many clients and community members, state this as a true fact)!
I just recall it as rock and rolling: with busyness and a great fun vibe.
Michelle and Alan with their family, have been such an institution in WA in both Subiaco and now also in King Street, The Crown and of course Broome! Just like me a lot of people now have treasured heirlooms from Linney's.
I do want to congratulate them on such a fabulous history and wish them the very best for a fabulous future. We are the lucky ones! Love doffie

Zoe and the other staff were so helpful when I visited to have a pearl replaced in a ring they created for me many years ago and to get some pearl earrings for my wife’s birthday. The store is fantastic and the staff super helpful but not too intrusive.

Linney's Subiaco were incredibly helpful in sourcing and crafting my partners engagement ring. Zoe was a great help throughout the process, adding helpful advice on style, timing, insurance and product care.

My fiance and I went to Linneys to find our wedding bands after a friend had used them for their engagement ring and we are so glad we did! The service has been amazing, our rings are beautifully crafted and hand engraved. All delivered ahead of time with over a month to spare before the big day! We are so happy!

All the staff at Linney’s were wonderful to deal with especially Maddi. They were helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. They were also very patient as I did not really know what I was looking for when we started shopping. Excellent service from Linneys the whole way through the purchase of our engagement and wedding rings. Angelica, who assisted us, provided great advice and was very responsive and friendly.

Quality of the rings was also excellent, with great attention to detail, and very happy with the craftsmanship of the final products. No hesitation in recommending them.

Beautiful jewellery and amazing service. It is clear that they care about more than just selling their product. Didn’t feel rushed to grab and go, they generously organised to have an item resized and sent out to save us a 3 hour round trip. Really friendly and approachable staff. From the first phone call, to having so many engagement diamonds within our budget, to walking/talking us through all the options in store, the journey was just so lovely. Zoe’s service and knowledge is exceptional! We have always felt so valued and very grateful she takes the time for us. She is so warm, caring and kind. My engagement ring, our wedding bands and my beautiful diamond bangle for my wedding day were perfect. Our wedding bands are particularly special to us, as we incorporated precious stones and diamonds from parents and grandparents rings that have been passed down, it’s was such a seamless process to design, and so much care was taken.
The bangle was a beautiful surprise on my wedding day, thank you Zoe for helping Ross choose the one! So very special, It was stunning!
